    This is a VERY easy process, and a pretty incredible pit!

    Thank you all for watching! Being my first cook on the gravity 560, I am pleased with its performance! Keep an eye on those steaks, 700 degrees is no joke!

      You don’t need to go past 500 for a good sear. And I bring the steak to 110 on the top racks before the reverse.

    How did you get flames when grilling, normally you have to close the lid or it cuts off the fan

    Hey Steve, stick to these BBQ videos brother. YT has been limiting Ads on all my most recent gun videos. Not sure what is going on but it is happening!! Good thing I love BBQ:). That cooker is badass and high tech brother....Awesome video

    • @MrBigKid

      Thank you brother! My #1 passion is firearms, however YT has been killing my ads as well on those. Even if they are completely advertiser friendly compliant.
      I’m thankful to have BBQ content as well. I’m just going to keep pushing both types of content! I love firearms too much lol!

      MrBigKid For sure. I am going to offset my gun videos with some fishing and other outdoor reviews. Will never give in to them and quit posting gun videos but just is a sign of where this world is heading my friend. Keep on cooking🤩🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

    Do you have to use briquettes or can you use lump?

    • @MrBigKid
      @MrBigKid  4 года назад +2

      You can definitely use lump or briquettes. You can also add wood chunks or chips for smoking

    at what temperature did you set your grill to while cooking the steak?

    • @MrBigKid

      Typically I crank it up all the way!

  • @random21ish

    Looks good, I’d try keeping the flames down, although hard when the fat is dripping off causing the bom fire
