My first cook on the Masterbuilt Gravity 560 Charcoal Smoker!
Wr are seasoned up, and ready for ignition!
This is a VERY easy process, and a pretty incredible pit!
The masterbuilt gravity series is a Electric charcoal smoker and grill that uses a digital fan controller and fan to modulate temperature.
I hope you all enjoy this video, there are many more to come!

Thank you for watching! Please don't forget to give this video a thumbs up, Leave a comment, and Subscribe!
Thank you all for watching! Being my first cook on the gravity 560, I am pleased with its performance! Keep an eye on those steaks, 700 degrees is no joke!
You don’t need to go past 500 for a good sear. And I bring the steak to 110 on the top racks before the reverse.
How did you get that big ball of fire?
Id call that a nice Med, Looked juicy, and nice camera work. I think as you get to know the grill you'll learn to love it. Guud stuff brother.
Thanks brother! This thing just blows me away. Such a cool and simple concept, and an explosion of flavor!
Appreciate you watching man, it means a lot!
Nice cook for the 1st time on new equipment. Cheers.
Thank you very much!
You'll get it down bro, those looked very juicy even for medium well....making me hungry as usual....Grill Grates will keep the fire off the steaks if it gets too wild....keep rocking it Brother 👍🏼🇺🇸😎
Thanks brother! Definitely juicy! This grill is something else for sure!
I like my steak closer to the medium - medium rare area... but still very good!
Appreciate the support as always brother
@@MrBigKid you later he your steak the same as I do....love the vids, you're one of the last 5 gun channels I am still subbed to. You're doing great videos, honest and not trying to sell Sunshine in a S#!t festival....that matters in my world 🤜🏼💥🤛🏼🇺🇸
What's up my Arizona brother! Love the videos man!
Thanks brother! I appreciate that!
looks delicious! gonna try the same thing right now!
Hope it turned out great!
That's a pretty nice set up, between watching you and Meat Cranium, I might just learn to cook. Medium is the tempo I like best.. looks delicious brother
Thanks brother, and YES! You Need to start cooking!
Great vid my brother 💯👍🏿👊🏾
Thanks brother! Much appreciated!
Those steaks turned out awesome bro. 700F is serious stuff 👍
Thanks brother! I’m excited to try it again, maybe on a bit lower heat rofl!
Looks good!
Thanks brother!
Still looks delicious brother, awesome video
Thanks brother! Absolutely juicy!
Great cook brother 👌
Thank you very much brother!
How did you get flames when grilling, normally you have to close the lid or it cuts off the fan
Great
Hey Steve, stick to these BBQ videos brother. YT has been limiting Ads on all my most recent gun videos. Not sure what is going on but it is happening!! Good thing I love BBQ:). That cooker is badass and high tech brother....Awesome video
Thank you brother! My #1 passion is firearms, however YT has been killing my ads as well on those. Even if they are completely advertiser friendly compliant.
I’m thankful to have BBQ content as well. I’m just going to keep pushing both types of content! I love firearms too much lol!
MrBigKid For sure. I am going to offset my gun videos with some fishing and other outdoor reviews. Will never give in to them and quit posting gun videos but just is a sign of where this world is heading my friend. Keep on cooking🤩🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Amen brother!!
Do you have to use briquettes or can you use lump?
You can definitely use lump or briquettes. You can also add wood chunks or chips for smoking
at what temperature did you set your grill to while cooking the steak?
Typically I crank it up all the way!
Looks good, I’d try keeping the flames down, although hard when the fat is dripping off causing the bom fire
Now you got this when are you going to mail me you're Austin XL 🤣
Rofl! I still love my pellet grill!
@@MrBigKid dam ok
The production quality is superb. Awesome content.
Thank you very much brother!
I see a great edit but want to see the actual open flame up process
cast iron pan..the only way to cooks steaks at home.
