0:16 I hate how the dude is 1) not looking 2) deaf to the horn 3) immediately blaming the woman!
Three qualities that are sadly way too common.
Men usually are misogynistic
And he sounds very old. Seriously, testing after a certain age is necessary.
Typical jeep driver, even got a bit of misogyny in there
It is true that the Jeep does not look and does not hear the horn, but the lady watches as the Jeep approaches while she analyzes her options:
A - I could protect myself and my car just by stepping out of the way.
B - I could just honk.
I choose b.
Whoops, it seems that pressing my horn has no effect. I could opt for option A? NO! B B B B B B B B B B B B Crash!
This first guy is one of those special people who backs up via feeling the disturbances in the Force rather than using their mirrors or the fucking backup camera installed on the damn car.
I kept backing into posts and trees due to my poor depth perception, and my folks put a backup camera system that beeps and shows me when I'm too close to something. Even looking at mirrors, I couldn't judge backing out or in. Now I don't have problems anymore. Though a self driving car would be a hell of a lot better. I had 'help' with getting my license due to me needing it due to personal family issues with my bio dad..Not in the mood to comment on that further. The help was that I could have my stepfather in the car as I was doing my road test for emotional support. His presence helped me stay calm to pass.
Lady you could probably talk a dog off a meat truck, no offense

One time, the often-burgled liquor store next to where I worked was able to easily identify the person who used their truck to half-way pull the bars off their door.
How? By looking at the license plate attached to the bumper the idiots ripped off their own truck.

Getting hit or driving recklessly?
3:14, A better solution is to just not turn left across multiple lanes. It generally won't add more than a few minutes to take a right and go around the block.

Sedona. Beautiful scenery, crappy traffic.
Yeah really beautiful
I was just about to ask where that was! Beautiful!
Your videos are a constant source of entertainment. Looking forward to more!
2:55 who could’ve seen that one coming?
If I were the driver I probably would’ve slowed down on the left lane. Always gotta be careful if your lane is open and the one next to you is backed up. Car turning out was definitely at fault but driver could’ve 100% avoided it by driving more defensively.
That's a prime example of why I'm extra vigilant whenever I see an Audi nearby. Of all the braindead decisions I've seen from drivers at least 75% of them have been driving Audis.
That shit raidiator springs from CARS XD
@@Mushroomhaus0001 actually it could’ve been avoided if the moron on the black car were to look before pulling across 2 lanes just because 1 was stopped for them. YOU ARE TAUGHT THIS IS DRIVERS ED LITERALLY. It’s also called COMMON SENSE! You are right, that vehicle is 100% at fault but that’s not why it could’ve been avoided, even if he slowed down, the black car still would’ve hit him.
@@Gabxhenryx I mean you’re just wrong. He didn’t slow down at all when the first car turned out in front of him, and it’s also smart to slow down if your lane is open but the one next to you is backed up. Because this allows you to react and stop in case someone pulls out in front of you.
You can’t control what other people do. Doesn’t matter if they should’ve learned it or it’s common sense - people will still be idiots in cars. It’s why you have to think about what you can control as a driver. It’s literally just called defensive driving.
I watch these videos to feel better about myself
these videos unironically make me feel more observant while driving
3:26 it's weird but i've never seen a cement truck pause at a stop sign. my school is in a wealthy neighborhood where many construction/renovation projects are going on. in those hills, the streets are very narrow with a ton of blind turns, and there's little to no sidewalks, so everyone is walking/running on the street. it just makes me really anxious to see these truckers running stop signs when other cars and pedestrians, by design, pop out of nowhere so often
@5:30 I can understand the guys annoyance with the other driver blocking the passing lane like a little shit as well as the cam driver steadily speeding up. It’s honestly one of the most annoying things when people try to block others in.
Cammers are never in a hurry, until you pass them.
5:16 Welp, the person in the white pickup should not have been in the friggin’ left lane driving so slowly. Slower traffic should always keep right. If you aren’t going to speed, just stay out of the left lane so that other drivers won’t have to drive erratically to get around you. Simple as that.
Yeah that’s what I was thinking too. The cammer should have just given the other car room so they could pass the white truck.
No excuse for reckless driving.
And for all we know that guy might have already been going 5 above the speed limit.
Yes, left and center lane cruisers cause accidents and encourage waeaving. the car version of 'not touching yuuuuuuuuu!'

@@funnymankenny gotta use a flip phone lol
I don’t understand why some people don’t just ease on the breaks and let people in a hurry just do what they are gonna do. You have no control over them, speeding up to prevent someone around you is just as bad as sitting in the left lane. They may be stupid but again you have bo control over the people around you
It's not my job to waste my time and get out of the way of everyone on the road. If I'm cruising along the right lane at a reasonable speed, whatever people are doing on the left is not my problem. You only say that anyway because of the dangerous maneuver the truck did, which is hindsight logic. 99.9% of the time in those situations, a car doesn't do that, so there's no reason to expect it. If we drove like everything that might happen will happen, we wouldn't be able to drive at all.
5:07 that white truck needs to get out of the fast lane, blocking that guy.
5:00 White truck is wrong, should NOT stay on left lane!
@@amandak.4246 yes but they still could have changed lanes. the ridgeline was definitely being very reckless but the allgood truck shouldn’t have been left lane camping either. either speed up or get out of the way to avoid pissing off impatient people like this and causing major accidents. both people are definitely at fault here.
the amount of new york license plates😂
5:16 the truck shouldn't have been in the left lane clogging it up and the cammer 100% sped their car up so the person behind the truck couldn't pass...people like those two are what's wrong with driving on the highway
i almost got in an accident because of this exact situation a few days ago. the ridgeline was definitely pretty reckless but the cammer had no reason to be coasting alongside the company truck and the company truck should have sped up or moved over.
How do you know they "100% sped their car up"? You can hear the cammer's engine that doesn't rev up at all. The only engine that revs up is the truck when it veers to the right.
Looks more like the truck in front on the left just eased off the gas, which I've seen happen a million times in traffic.
Also, how is the cammer supposed to know the truck even wants to merge to the right when it never even uses it's turn signal?
funny that you think the two people driving safely in their lanes are the bad ones, but the nut job willing to cause a 3 car accident at highways speed to get where they're going 30 seconds faster is ok.
@@thomashajicek2747 lol, you literally see them speed up on video.

Cool to see that the new crash detection feature on the iPhone works 😂
0:35 we need to know who was at the stop sign first. Guy turning left could be stealing right of way, but the tan car has 0 situational awareness or was distracted. EDIT: Maroon car WAS at fault, if you're making a left turn, you yield to a car going straight regardless if you got there first. Look it up
As a jeep driver whose never been in an accident, it frustrates me to see how many bad jeep drivers there are and the reputation we get
It's okay, because the Honda, Toyota, BMW and Mustang drivers are far worse.
But seeing that Cherokee get totaled like that by some douchebag who probably didn't even have a license made me mad.
As a mustang owner I feel the same. I've owned 3 mustangs in my life and not wrecked one of them, but, because it's a mustang people expect me to crash it.

@@TehButterflyEffect as a Honda driver I can say I may drive fast but I’ve never gotten in any accident. It’s always the other idiots on the road
You ever just make a dumb mistake on the road and hope you don’t see yourself in one of these
i wish idiots would stop letting people come out of side roads by blocking traffic. NOT all the drivers want to wait and will stop. YOU are in the wrong if you pull out and your vision is blocked.
That last one is what it means to play a Tank in gaming, btw.
I LOVE the idea of letting the folks make a false statement to the cops and THEN mentioning the dash cam footage.
If I had a dash cam in these situations, I would definitely wait quietly for them to make their huge lie, then calmly pull out my dash cam while watching them die inside. Preferably, I'd have my phone out recording their reaction too.
Apparently it is extremely difficult to put one's phone down while driving.
I''ve seen people run over curbs in parking lots and not even bother looking up from their phone. It's absolutely mind boggling to me how these people are able to drive around with zero awareness of their surroundings.
Americans and roundabouts are a funny combo
Euros: Roundabouts are safer.
Americans: Hold my beer(often, literally).
5:10 man people who drive slow in the left lane are annoying
5:20 "so myself and another twat were enjoying blocking the freeway when this jackass wanted to use the road in my general vicinity so I got pissed"
Love that wheel spin of rage at 3:30 as he goes to chase it down.
Drive safe people. I almost got into an accident 4 times for idiots like these. So drive safe and you will be fine
I love how these cars are barely tapped and it totals them. A 1964 Impala would survive without a scratch. Just goes to show you that modern cars are GARBAGE.
1:25 I used to live by this roundabout - Sedona, AZ. So not surprised! Lol too many tourists who don’t know how to use them (yes, it’s a truck driver, but he’s probably not from there and encountered turning his truck on a roundabout for the first time instead of watching traffic).
Man I can't believe all these traffic incidents happen in front of you
3:14 that new function on new iPhone really works haha!
For situations like 4:08 that's why I'll usually try to be at bare minimum even if not in front of people going through a dual left. So if the really want to cut a lane they have to really make a very conscious effort to intentionally slam into me, and not just try to bully their way in front of me. I'm always having to bully people into staying in their effing lane. They even paint nice pretty dotted lines for these idiots to follow and they just can't seem to manage.
Also to put a little blame on the cammer, 5:20 was just poor driving etiquette. You're hugging that trucks blind spot and also boxing him in. The car in front of him should've got over, but you can see he doesn't make that dangerous maneuver until the truck in front of him, who was riding over the yellow line, started slowing down. Probably because that driver was being aggressive and instead of being smart and getting out of the way, he wanted to prove a point.
Also, not saying it's why/it makes him at fault. But notice that the 6:45 incident, the jeep didn't have his lights on. It doesn't look full dark, but he's the only vehicle on that road without lights on. And is a dark color. Great reminder why dusk and dawn are two of the most dangerous times to drive. And why running lights are incredibly important.
5:34 here we see childish, fourwheeler behavior. You didn't need to close the gap right or wrong. Defensive driving is for EVERYONE
I applaud the Honda driver at 5:16 for shoving the left lane hogging moron off the road and cutting the entitled cammer off for trying to speed up and block him in. Such a satisfying clip.
Sometimes it’s hard to tell who is more annoying, the left lane hog or the person in the right lane keeping the same pace as the person in the left lane. Neither idiot can decide who should speed up or slow down
3:37 I wouldn't have loved to see if cammer caught up to the jerk that risked ppl's lives.
I think the cammer was being a idiot getting immediate road rage and starts pursuing the cement truck. Yeah, the cement truck did a dangerous thing, but no need to get road rage and endanger others
@@RexNicolausYeah, that's a possibility, but I feel like the cement truck driver deserves to be brought to a stop and get a rain of insults, at the very least, since they're going to get away with such a dangerous stunt.
@@adrianrr18 No, they should have the authorities called on them because they can legally handle it and it provides more Justice than a verbal berating. Plus, like I’ve said, the cammer goes in a fit of rage and that in itself can cause more problems for others on the road if they aren’t too careful. Road rage is dangerous for both parties.
@@adrianrr18 He did catch the truck driver and insult him, and he got his nose broken. That's why the video is cut off.
5:10 - driver might've been impatient but only because some twat was taking up the left lane with that commercial garbage.
One of the basic rules of 2-lane road is: STAY TO THE RIGHT UNLESS YOU'RE OVERTAKING, seems Americans can't learn that for shit, every time drive I have pass some moron on the right so as not to drive 40mph in the left lane all the way.
exactly. left lane campers are the cause of so many accidents. either speed up or change lanes. and the cammer shouldn’t have coasted alongside the taco like that. stupidity all around with this one.
Yup, I can't stay near other cars for more then a few seconds before they start to annoy me by hitting the brakes on an empty road and I must pass them on left or sadly right, it's a plague !

My 2017 Ford has a feature called “911 assistance”. Not knowing what it is, I’ve always kept it turned off. The car always displays a brief warning when I start it up, that the feature is turned off. This video gives me a clue of what it might be; a car’s airbag system could detect forces likely to have been a crash, and automatically call 911.

6:02 'N' prolly a statutory-total to low-ball on repair costs, which will be drastically inflated by the body shop they're in league with. That's what insurance companies do. People, remember that you have at least one right under the otherwise-oppressive mandatory-insurance laws: *YOU* have the final say of which body shop to go to, *NOT* the insurance company! They cannot strong-arm you, nor refuse pay-out, if you choose a body shop they are not in league with but can do the same job for a lower price...and don't let them intimidate you by saying otherwise!
6:25 Indeed, nice evasive action!
6:40; 7:24 I suppose they don't know either what purpose those lighted bunions in rear windows are supposed to serve...? What are they supposed to do, anyway...?
7:01 Heck, I don't blame him: Made an innocent victim by a criminal motard, vehicle trashed (likely a statutory-total by the perp's insurance company...assuming he even is complying with that law, that is). If I were in his place, I'd likely want reparations for the cost of replacement through the perp's liver; "dead-end street" would have a new context to it. BTW, that's not a bumper; that's a body panel. Cars do not have bumpers anymore; you know, "impact-absorption," and all that. Really need to stop calling those flimsy plastic body-filler panels something they actually are not.

8:23 🤣 Now *THAT'S* funny!! I couldn't have come up with that good a snark!
8:34 The OP/cammer has hardly any damage, and any such damage looks to be purely superficial. So, a *statutory* -total, right? See 6:02.
I have to disagree with you on the bumpers thing, modern cars do have bumpers, solid metal ones at that, they are just behind those panels people call bumpers.
@@Skyfire_The_Goth Maybe...still doesn't change the fact that the body panels that people erroneously call "bumpers" are not the bumpers. How to avoid sudden lane changes on the highway?
driving along on someone's bumper 5:18 like that is sort of a bone-head move. Yea, truck driver was in the wrong for the unsafe lane change, but be the bigger person and back off when you see something like that might happen.
4:18 When you gotta go, you gotta go
5:02 100% the white truck's fault. The filmer didn't help by speeding up when the person clearly wanted to pass.
Camping in the left lane is against the law in many states.
2:52 Driver wasn't at fault, but that crash could have easily been prevented if he was paying closer attention. It's almost never a good idea to maintain regular speed next to a long line of stopped traffic and people pulling in and out of a parking lot.
1:15 I knew what was going to happen as soon as I saw Sedona. Gorgeous place, but it's got a million roundabouts and nobody knows how to use them
American problem detected. Opinion discarded.
You think the truck was at fault though right? A lot of people where I am always blame the people that yield properly, it’s so annoying.
@@Torraim There was plenty of room, the car didn't have to stop. He could've safely entered the roundabout but he chose to stop instead. Honestly it looks like insurance fraud or road rage given how he intentionally sped up to get in front of the semi truck then slammed on his brakes (At the very beginning of the video you can see him completing a left lane change to move around the semi).
@@afluffypinecone3577 First of all, I didn't "get in front of the semi truck." Rather, he got behind me. When I passed him, he was in the right lane, and I was in the left, and I maintained my lane the whole time, while at the last second he swerved left behind me in preparation for his wide right into the roundabout.
He made the mistake of not making sure the lane I was in was clear before he veered into it, and that's why he was found at fault.
Now, if I'd passed him and then *_jumped in front of him in his lane_* and hit my brakes (which is what it sounds like you think happened), then you'd be correct, and that would've been on me. But that's obviously not what happened. If he'd stayed in his lane, the crash wouldn't have occurred. If he'd made sure my lane was clear before he tried to move into it, that crash wouldn't have occurred. It's that simple.
Second, my speeding up to pass that truck was neither road rage nor impatience. I patiently and courteously waited for him to make his turn in front of me at the beginning, then passed him just quickly enough to not be hovering next to him the whole stretch to the next roundabout. I'd be willing to bet money that neither you nor anyone else would've just stayed behind the truck until he reached the next roundabout.
The only part of your post that's correct is that I might have been able to enter the roundabout without yielding to the little gray car that was already in it and approaching me. In fact, at first I was planning to not yield, but changed my mind at the last split-second - hence the hard braking (though not "slamming on the brakes" as you put it). This was probably because I didn't want to be too aggressive and been seen as impatiently jumping in front of that car. Of course, I now wish I'd gone with my original intent of not yielding.
@@_PL_ That you passed him, so close to the entrance to the roundabout, means you intended to enter the roundabout before the semi. You just admitted to a desire to do so. I call that impatience and road rage, when you could've just as easily waited for the semi. In Washington State (where I live) what you did was illegal and you would be liable for the accident even though the semi hit you. Our State Legislature passed a law in 2020 which gave semi trucks the right of way before, during, and after roundabouts to make deviations from their lane as necessary to safely traverse the roundabout. As the semi was at the entrance to the roundabout before you, had this been in Washington, the semi would've had the right of way and you cutting in front of him and stopping in his path of travel means you caused the accident.
5:35. The Ford is at fault for the accident because it had the greater duty since it is the vehicle changing direction. If the Ford's insurance adjuster is good, then they will push for comparative negligence on the SUV and put them partially at fault. If the adjuster is lazy they will accept full liability
The ford made a lane change.. plenty of room.. was already partially in lane.. suv sped up to hit it.. suv is at fault.. every situation is different and likely it went to a big battle but the suv rammed him..
3:25 That's a _concrete_ truck, not a "cement" truck.
I hope the driver at 3:30 caught up to the cement truck that blew through the stop sign so he could get the license plate and send the video to their employer. That person shouldn't be driving heavy machinery.
3:15 Well apple did a great job with crash detection to be honest.
2:52 seen it coming from miles away
4:20 Yes, bad drivers never miss their exit and never accidentally take an exit. ESPECIALLY when it means recklessly cutting several lines.
if u miss the exit, just get off the next one instead of trying to kill everyone around u for a mistake that would take at max 10 minutes to correct, people are crazy cutting lanes like that
That last crash, HOW did that “total” the cammer’s car?
Cost to repair too high.
@@rick_. So "totalling" a car means damaging it so much that the owner can't pay for the repair? It doesn't mean damaging the car so it can't be repaired any more? Not being a native speaker, I'm trying to make sense of the word. I've read it so often in situations where I thought that the car hardly got damaged that I started to wonder. Because if "totalling" means a repair the owner can't pay for it can mean a scratch on the bumper, depending on the owner's finances.
@@mquietsch6736 Insurance companies will declare a vehicle a "total loss" when the cost to repair it exceeds a certain percentage of what the ACV (actual cash value) of that vehicle is determined to be. So, if the vehicle is older and has high miles, and the ACV is, for instance, $6500, and in the vehicle owner's state the "total loss" percentage is 80% (this varies from state to state in the U.S.), that means that if the estimated repair bill is $5200 or more (which it could easily be, even for seemingly "minor" body damage) it'll be deemed too expensive to repair, and thus: a "total loss."
3:39 it's a jeep thing that should have been this video title🤗
Or "It's a Long Island thing"
Poor girl in the first one 😔
