  • 1/4 hour exercise for kids and beginners to do at home to stay active and healthy!!
    Kids only need 15 minutes to perform these easy, simple and straightforward exercises!! They'll be able to improve their strength and reach a higher fitness level, keeping their little bodies in shape, stronger and healthier than ever. This routine features light cardio exercises and easy strength training exercises. The cardio exercises prepare the body for more challenging routines. This will be followed by simple compound weight-bearing exercises and core routines on the mat.
    Let's get the kids and start this new workout! 💪
