That's the best kind of motor. Just a lot of aesthetic clean up to make it a clean install. Its that kind of work anyone can do with a little bit of time.
Documentation Can be good, however, it could be fake. Thirty years ago my brother rebuilt a 390 FE, receipts for new pistons, cam, valves, etc, including balancing of the pistons, rods, crank. All that paperwork could be used on a cleaned up, worn out, junkyard motor, so, don't depend on accuracy of the paperwork.
