How does the length of the pipe effect the sound? Is there an optimal length or a formula for it?

I got the pipe from my neighbor. I see that it can be used to make the speakers. Sorry that I don’t have a formula for but I use 11.5cm wide x 13cm long. It sounds good. I like the look of it. Thanks for question!
