Remember This in Moments of Frustration…

Remember: the only thing that is REAL is love. Everything else is an illusion and doesn’t exist. Nothing real can be threatened and nothing unreal really exists.
So when you feel like you are out of source, remind yourself the whole concept of how we’re not meant to be in these individual bodies and we are all part of one big thing.
It’s also important that you remember to keep space for messing up and to give yourself grace. It is in these moments of frustration that you will learn and grow.
Thus, when things get tough, ask yourself this question…
Where is the love in all of it?
