Kaohsiung's largest night market is 瑞豐夜市(Ruifeng Night Market). Taiwan’s night market has a lot of traditional snacks besides playing things. Besides, in winter, people in Taiwan often go to eat hot pot. You can try 輕井澤鍋物(Karuizawa hot pot) or 天水玥(Tian-shui-Yueh hot pot) If you want to eat cheaper, 四海豆漿(Sihai Soymilk) is also a very Taiwanese option. I hope to answer your question.
