    The fit and finish is excellent on these saws and the build quality is quite good. I also really appreciate how they have a seamless integrated dust port ala Mafell and Festool on the 7-1/4”/185mm. Alas, the power is just not there. They say that Nuron can compete with 36v in power but most of the tools can’t even compete with 18v home store products. Hopefully they will improve on this as the saws are basically all old tools with a different battery connection. The completely new design stuff and products from past two years are up to snuff.

    I think you need to block the suction hose when pressing the cleaning button.

    Dave,
    You should set the base plate so that only 5mm of the blade comes through the work piece. So if your workpiece is 50mm the baseplate to edge of blade should be 55mm.
    Dave.

      that will be in the next video. a versus video is coming between the left and right blade. since I had dont like right bladed saws I felt like I had less control. like if I push forward I would lose control of the saw.

      All that does is slow your cut down. Less of the blade on the material. The only time setting depth is worth it is if you're worried about what's under the material.

      @@kyle3045 No, it actually speeds your cut up and there is less stress on the motor. There is also more blade in the cut if you have it protruding by 5mm. I've done this with every Circular saw I've ever owned. My original skill saw I bought over 35 years ago is still going strong!
      Dave.

      @@davesheppard8797 If you pull the blade up with the depth adjustment you have less teeth on the material, You are cutting slower. There’s tons of videos on youtube showing it too.

      @@kyle3045 No, because you also have the curvature of the blade cutting too, not just the back and front of the blade. All this aside though Kyle, I love my Hilti drills, SF6H A22, TE6 A22 and SID 4 impact. None of them Nuron but bought just before Nuron came out. This saw however did not impress me in the slightest. I have the 6 1/2" Milwaukee fuel which I think would run rings around this Hilti. I bought the 6 1/2" saw as it was so light and compact. I have an 1800 watt corded Makita for my heavy workshop cutting. I work in a large touring Theatre and work all over the place, so the Milwaukee is so easy to carry around and the power is unreal.
      Dave.

  • @Chris8776

    sounds like either a shit blade or low power motor , blade speed kept dropping super low even while moving slow through the cut.

    • @ManCaverTools
      @ManCaverTools  2 года назад

      That is user error, I really dont like to use right bladed saws. it doesn't feel natural for me. I dont like looking over the tool to see the cut
