Owners need to take the jacket off the little dog. The big dogs thought it was a toy and played with it as such. I have been told by trainers at dog parks not to carry your small dog around when there are other big dogs playing because they think the small dog is a toy in your hand. But on the ground they recognize it as a small dog and are gentler. I think it is the same concept. The big dogs dont recognize it as a dog.

This is exactly why you do not put clothes on a dog if it's going to be around other dogs. I understand small dogs needing clothes in colder climates, but not when they're going to be around other dogs.

I'm sorry but that isn't playing the way I saw it...I saw the dog growled and barked a couple times...in my head, I'm thinking, what an idiot!! And the dude thought it was ok because that was how his dog plays...in my head thinking again, yeah ok 🙄...
