I like the new style of video, 11:28 it might get a little better if you add timelapse of the 3D printer while printing and 8:33 timelapse of designing through CAD software, not sure the feature is available in Fusion 360 but it is in Solidworks. Need more videos like this for 3D printing, PCB Designing, CAD Designing, etc. 4:36 For testing the strength of the structure you might have used simulation softwares such as Ansys, you just need to import geometry from CAD software and select the material, PLA in your case and define load of tubelight in Newtons which is Weight in KG × Gravity, in your case 0.18KG (180g) × 9.81 = 1.7658 N, after that select Factor of Safety in software, after this you will know that the thickness you selected is appropriate or not and you will also know high stress/strain points in the design.
Why are you not using ABS , this PLA part will fail because that square pipe is Metal and will gain temperature from the above metal roof which is in contact.

Good !! experimental mind that's fine... 3 piece clamp is that reasonable cost (printing material and all exclude designing cost as obviously this is single print ) or costlier then tube light 's cost...

Then I thought let's have a 3d printer started collecting pocket then asked for some amount from my parents and in class 11 As a hobbyist I thought to make one instead of buying and make a prusa mk3s clone (bigger in size) Printer is reliable. 4 days ago I completed a 40 hours long print (deadpool helmet). One thing about 3d printing is you have to face losses and there might be print failure. My helmet failed due print head hitting the supports. Later I changed some settings. You Learn something from every failure.

ITs not a product I am making its a way to using a 3d Printer to solve an issue I just shared a pipline for learning reason not replicating
Sir, PLA starts getting soft at 60 degree C, not good for outdoor use. Use PETG when this breaks, because it will.
I have PLA so I used it and this is also a test of how long does it last
