      Sure u can keep ur wine in container on room temperature after decanting and again filter it in the bottle 2 hours before consuming it and keep it in the frizz to bring it on 10 to 12 degree Celsius temperature. This is right temperature of wine to drink.

      Nahi kharab nahi hogi .... Yeast jub aap ne daali thi uss samaye wine ka or yeast k taapmaan ek tha. Yeast ko agar frizz he nikaalte he daala hoga to kaam nahi kregi yeast. Yeast ki bottle ko ya jar ko bhar rakheye 2 ghante uss k baad use kejeye

    Sir my fermentation in is stopped as it is only third day I am too much worried what can I do. I do not have gravity metre and temperature is around 38 to 40 here. Bread yeast I have used
    I am making around 12 litter water and 4 kg grapes and 150 gm of Desi khand

      Nothing to worry the temprature at ur place is little high and u have added little less sugar too and the fermentation must be to slow nothing to worry in it .... Just make sure there is no leakage through airlock.
      If there is no leakage nothing to worry give it some time to get it clean

      Bhai aap ki wine kisi tareke se oxygen k sampark mein aaye hein kaaran kuch bhi ho sakta hein container jis mein aap ne wine ko banane k leye rakha tha wo jyada samay k leye khula raha hein ya leakage rahe hogi jis ki vajha se ye vinegar yaani ki sirka taiyaar ho gaya hein .... Isse sirke ki taraha istemaal kr sakte ho

      वाइन दो प्रकार की होती है एक होती है dry wine जिसमे मिठास ना के बराबर रखी जाती है तैयार होने पर। शुगर मरीज हफ्ते में दो से तीन बार दो दो से तीन तीन ग्लास वाइन पी सकते हैं इससे दिक्कत नहीं होगी क्योंकि इसमें मीठा नहीं होता।
      दुसरी वाइन का परकार हैं Sweet wine जैसा कि इसका नाम है इसे थोड़ा मीठा ही बनाया जाता है यह वाइन शुगर पेशेंट को नहीं पीनी चाहिए।
      मेरे चैनल पर सिर्फ एक वाइन मौजूद है जो कि स्वीट वाइन हैं और बाकी सारी वाइन dry wine की विडियो हैं।

      फलों के अंदर मौजूद प्राकृतिक मिठास से वाइन बन जाएगी। अल्कोहल प्रतिशत तकरीबन 4 से 7% रहेगी ये फल में मौजूद मिठास के अप्पर हैं।
      बनाने के लिए इसमें पानी बिल्कुल भी नहीं लेना हैं फलों का रस ही इस्तेमाल होगा।

    Sugar and fruit I have added more as compare to water fermentation is not yet completed can i shift wine to bigger container and add more boiled water

      You can make this wine like this without adding water, adding water will increase the volume of the wine but the wine will become a little thin.
      If you want to add water, add it only after the water has been boiled and cooled.
      According to the amount of water you add, add one hundred and fifty grams of sugar to a liter of water

      Wine poisonous nahi banti jyada se jyada viniger ban sakti hein .... Poisonous distilled beverages ban sakti hein .... Wine or beer ye fermenting beverages hai

      Colour change fungal information ki vajha se bhi ho sakta hein .... Taste pr bhi asar padta hein.

      खांड आप को किसी अच्छे स्टोर से या amazone से मिल जाएगी।
      खांड में मीठा होने के साथ साथ सभी परकार के पोषक तत्व होते हैं जबकि चीनी में शिवाय मिठास के किसी भी प्रकार का पोषक तत्व नहीं होता।
      अगर आपको खांड नहीं मिलती तो आप गुड, शहद या फिर मिश्री का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।
      किसी ताजा मीठे फल का रस भी ले सकते हैं बिना पानी चीनी मिलाएं स्वास्थ्यवर्धक वाइन बना सकते हो।

      आपने जिस भी तरह का एयर लॉक अपने कंटेनर या फर्मेंटर में लगाया होगा वह एयर लॉक कहीं ना कहीं से लिक होगा।
      आपने जिस भी चीज में वाइन बनाने के लिए रखी थी वह लीक होगा कहीं ना कहीं से तभी बाहर की हवा अंदर गई होगी जिसकी वजह से आपकी वाइन खट्टी होकर सिरके में तब्दील हो गई है अब आपने जामुन का सिरका बना लिया है।
