Regarding the FPS skill, I think most people playing blind for the first time (especially JP members who might not necessarily be as in-tune with the EN members) don't realize that the star icons indicate skills unique to that playable character. And when bombarded with dozens of other JP Holomem references in the skills, they make the association that this must also be a JP mem reference, therefore Botan. On that note, I'm actually a bit surprised that there's not really any ID representation in this game (yet). Also, the way some of the "character-unique" skills are templated, I wouldn't be surprised if some of them are itentionally designed to be shared among future members. For example, Ame's FPS Gamer could also be one of Botan's skills when she is implemented (weapon damage increase is generic enough that it doesn't hard lock the character's theme the same way Ina's Ancient One skill does). In the same vein, Kiara's Dancer could be applied to Aki, and Gura's Short Height could be applied to Luna/La+.

The main problem about this game to go mainstream is that it is a Vampire Survivor fangame heavily based on Hololive This game can be played by any Holomember but reaching to Twitch streamers is a double edge sword because they can risk getting copyrighted with Hololive music and the situation will become awkward for Vampire Survivor devs because a free fangame gets more recognized than the original. That is like people seeing Five nights at Candy's as original because more people streamed it instead of Scott Cawthon's FNAF 1

After playing this game a few times and watching them play the game, Kiara's version dreaming chuchu is stuck in my head. I only realised it recently, that she is still compensating for her hearing. It is common for people with hearing problems to increase their volume when speaking, because they cant tell if they are talking audibly or in a whisper, tho its often not an issue for those who talks loud often.
As someone who doesn't notice how weak my hearing is but is routinely scolded by my sister for "shouting too much", your comment made me chuckle. She's been telling me over and over to talk in my whisper volume coz apparently that's actually the normal volume but I'm like "no way that's true, you guys just have good hearing".
When gen 4 gets added, theres a note stating that one of the programmers was found crushed after they attempted to add the cutting board buffing property to one of the characters

Piki piki piman is actually really good for Irys ability that heals on crits. And since her evolved weapon hits so many times theres lots of chances for that extra 10%, 15%, or 20% extra crit chance to trigger. And since PPP activates after being hit that's when youd need healing the most. It even works for damage with Irys ability that increases her attack power when she heals it's a really useful combo.
I know it's probably impossible and just having their references in there is enough but it would be nice seeing them add Coco, Rushia and Aloe into the game when their gens come out.
I'd say Coco is a 100% going to be in there. Aloe and Rushia too, but don't know if Cover would be completely ok with the Rushia one since it's a complicated matter. Kay could add an option to disable graduated members in case there is any problem with it tho

This is a fan game with no official endorsement or connection to Cover, so as long they aren't maliciously misrepresenting the talents then Hololive can't stop them from adding whoever they want. They could even add the CN branch and Hitomi Chris if they felt like it, although that's much much more unlikely.

I'd say Coco is a 100% going to be in there. Aloe and Rushia too, but don't know if Cover would be completely ok with the Rushia one since it's a complicated matter. Kay could add an option to disable graduated members in case there is any problem with it tho
@@idolaccho It would be fine. There is already an Aloe reference (Headphones). And even ignoring that, there are just references. I would be much more interested on whether they will add Coco or Aloe or Rushia as actual playable characters when they eventually get that far into the JP gens. Its very likely.
This is a fan game with no official endorsement or connection to Cover, so as long they aren't maliciously misrepresenting the talents then Hololive can't stop them from adding whoever they want. They could even add the CN branch and Hitomi Chris if they felt like it, although that's much much more unlikely.
