Maybe its just me but that combo of straight cut gear wine and sequential transmission is straight up in the "noise of the gods" category for me! Love it! Especially when the car hits bumps and there is like a vibration in the sound. I would buy a CD just with that and nothing else ...

But to me, the M4 DTM is kinda like the M3 GTR’s Cousin in a way, the Engines are similar, same type of transmission whine, The wide fenders on the body kit of the M4 DTM kinda resemble what the M3 GTR has.
The reason the car doesn’t slide out is because the center of gravity is as low as can be, due to his massive steel balls

If I remember cirrectly, it is because of the rule imposed after a death accident which happened a year or two ago. Jann Mardenborough in his Nismo GT3 killing a kid spectator in 2015.

I wasnt sure of the lap time this dtm put out but the vid itself is 6:37 which is faster than any production car has ever qualified. I think the gt2rsmr finished in 6 mins 40 secs...so imagine about how fast this z4 must be? 🤔
