I do like his audits mainly because NH is my home state and I love his comebacks. I'm willing to bet he has done some time before. I've done 5 years he talks like a convict sometimes. I have changed my life around glad to see Press NH has also.
I do play his videos at 1.25 speed though. Sometimes at 1.5 when he is just walking around waiting for cops or something to happen.

The next time one of them refuses to give you their name, you should inform them that refusing to provide their name to the public violates the first amendment if the purpose of the refusal is to interfere with a member of the public's ability to file a complaint. The first amendment states that citizens have a right to "petition their government for a redress of grievances", any action by law enforcement which inhibits or interferes with the ability of a member of the public to file a complaint would therefore violate the clause.

What baffled me is the 1st security knew recording in public was legal. Why couldn’t he get the message out to the other security guards and employees and leave it alone? That should have been it.

Bravo, this is how auditing is supposed to look and good job staying on the sidewalk because cops love to argue about easements and if you're on public or private property so if you're on a public sidewalk there's 100% no way to argue if you're in public.

Security Officer Charles was a good guy and that's how things should've been handled. If anything more was done by him, it was because his superiors were making him.
The Police Corporal was a decent Officer, but that second one... that dude should have eaten his ego and just given you his name. That 3rd officer, that you didn't get his name, understood he wasn't needed, and didn't even interact.

All humor aside, those talking crosswalks are a great benefit to the blind community as they exercise their First Amendment rights to video record in public.
I live in Europe and it scares me when I see the American police men wearing the peaked cap with their uniform, the style is reminiscent of the certain despicable 1940’s German officers peaked cap.
