I met Azie when he was 18 years old. The moment I met him, His aura was calm, kind, soft-spoken person. Always had a moment to say hello, and give you a big smile and in a quiet voice, he would ask you how you doing.
Az is a monster. Just like the rest. He pumped death into his own community. He's no hero. No celebrity. No role model. Nothing. He's a murderer (via drugs) with quiet disposition.

richrollin 3owe I understand that murders sometimes come with the hustling game even though I'm not about that life & there's also street codes. Love coming back to this interview, azie is a great storyteller and his life was crazy,a living legend
The way this man asks questions is like a police officer
AZ is the only Hustler from back in the day that I admire
When Vlad asked him “Why don’t you just get out all together. People close to you died, and you almost died. It aint fun and games no more.” It reminded me of the scene where Mitch says “I love the game, I love the hustle.” Dudes really fall in love with the thrill of that lifestyle and sometimes it’s hard to just walk away from it when that’s all you know.
It really is. To go from hustling to working a boring 9-5 where you gotta bow down to some loser ass goofy manager and do some repetitive meaningless shit day in and day out. The freedom is something thats hard to even explain to anyone that hasn't experienced it. The way people treat you (even if alot of it is fake). You go from being the shit in the streets to a nobody in the normal world, it's hard as fuck. I started hustling when I was in my early teens, dropped outta school never worked a real job, in my mid 20s shit got pretty crazy my house got robbed I lost close to 50k, the dudes that did it got caught with my guns and shit, that got the cops watching me and like a year later my house got raided, they did it stupid though and waited for someone younger to leave my crib, stopped em and then came to my house saying theyd been watching me and they knew what was going on and they were "seizing my property while they waited for a warrant" so they made me and a few of my friends stand out front of my house while they waited for the warrant we weren't allowed to go in my house or take anything from it with us, wouldn't even let me put shoes and a coat on. It took hours and they left one cop with us guarding the house, I was chain smoking cigs stressed the fuck out just waiting to get cuffed and sent to jail. Ran out of cigs and asked one of my bros if he'd run to the store for me and the cop says "you're not under arrest yet, you can leave and technically you don't even have to come back" he said they'd leave a copy of the warrant and whatever they find and seize and if it's enough to arrest me they'd do that after. So I borrowed my homies shoes and walked down the st to grab cigs and omw back one of my other friends was around the backside of my house sneaking through the bushes so I snuck up with him and he gave me a pep talk and was like yo you need to just climb through your window grab all your shit and run out the back (because the one cop they left guarding us and the house was at the front with my other friend and my roommate, and my place had a back door and shit. He said either you don't and they come back with the warrant and it's a wrap or worse case scenario they catch you and you get maybe another charge or two. So I said fuck it and ninja'd my way through my back window and up to my room where I threw all my shit in a backpack and then I started sneaking back down the stairs to the back and I heard em start coming in the front so I had to go up to my attic and squeeze out of a window that only opened like maybe a foot and I ended up laying down on my roof the whole time they searched the house. When they finally left I heard my roommate and friends back in the house through the window so I called out to em and they were like wtf where is that coming from I said I'm on the roof are they gone yet?? They said yeah and I climbed back in and told them what happened and they said the cops were fucking pissed lol. They said they came out with nothing but a few of my bongs and like a half zip of some bud I forgot to grab lmao. Craziest shit I've ever experienced in life. The adrenaline rush was insane. Shortly after all that I moved and got a little more into doing the shit than selling it and shit really went downhill I blew all my cash and like right when I was ready to just give up my girl ended up getting pregnant and something just clicked in me and I started doing whatever I had to to get my shit back together, got sober and took a job as a dishwasher, bounced around at shitty places I couldn't get myself to commit to until I ended up with a union job that actually paid pretty good and then I moved from there to another job that paid more and now I make a pretty decent amount, have a beautiful little girl and wife. I got lucky as fuck quite a few times, everytime I see stories like this part of me misses the hustling life but then I just feel thankful as hell I didn't end up dead or in prison. But yeah it's hard as fuck to go from that lifestyle to a normal citizen kind of life, things just feel so bland and unexciting. But at the same time it's nice not being paranoid all the time, not seeing cops and having your heart drop through your stomach. Not having to lie constantly and hide shit all the time. It's always great in the beginning but it never really ends well for anyone.

Az wasn’t a street guy he was a hustler from the streets it’s a difference that man ain’t no snitch 💯
@Thias176 makes a lot of sense
Huh? U sound dumb
@Thias176 look I obviously don't know the guy, but from this, man wasn't on some cruel stab any one in the back thing he was just tryna make moneys so hes more a hustle than a street thug
Hustlers ain’t necessarily killers! That’s why they have hitters on their team! This man clearly just wanted to make his money and stay out the way! I grew up on 141 between 7th and Lenox and everyone knew the killers from the scramblers! Who ran the block and who ran the errands! Everyone ain’t killers...
Watch the interview with Kevin Chiles on Funk Flex hot 97. Kevin says his name was in his paperwork.
Wow what a interview...probably my favourite one...rest in peace Rich, & big respect to AZ a clean hearted legend 💕
I watch this interview in full at least once a year

Dead ass 😂😂😂😂😂
Haig Williams i was like wtf is this nigga flashbacking to an uber commercial??? Lol

Hip Hop they def paying for it...it's a commercial bc how many views his videos do
AZ: "You understand? What I'm saying?"
Me: (watching interview)"yeah true in deed"

I think most of us know exactly what A is saying except for Vlad lol.
@@omicron5529 Lol I got pissed when Vlad said, " I'm confused." 😤
@@derriekcooper1878 playing stupid

A real man. Last man standing
Vlad comes off like a scummy detective vibe AZ has moments when he going through it. Vlad just keeps hurrying him you can feel vlad ain’t right
RicO SasS yep he interrogating him, as he always does. Getting information
Vlad is just unemotional - his parents raised him like that
Vlad is slightly on the spectrum.....I aint even hatin or playin...
RicO SasS
I feel you 100 percent VLAD be irking me when he do interviews. He just asked who is LU LU the tailor? VLAD did you at least watch the movie before you interviewed him? If I was AZ I would have smacked VLAD straight up! AZ was a boss in Harlem !
He trying to rush to that answer he think will make it a million dollar interview.
When God has a plan for you no one or nothing can turn it around.
Yo get off of youtube yo
Real talk when GOD with you who can be against you.....
Word!! If ur destined to be hanged, ur not gonna drown
You said something "Tremendous" in one small sentence SALUTE Ms.Dolores
what the fuck ya talking about. if you sale drugs you with the devil NOT GOD
This interview was more interesting than the movie
1:00:00 It goes to show how God works in mysterious ways. He is always protecting you. Even when you don’t realize it. Ain’t no telling what would’ve happened if he didn’t listen to his friend calling him first.
Facts! We need to hear from that guy - if he’s still alive.
One of my favorite Vlad interviews, Azie is crazy intelligent!
