I said this is the year , this is year! I said this the year of continual momentum and then Jan 2 comes. I'm back to my old ways; back to the excuses, back to being lazy and back to being a person that I so desperately say I don't want to be. There so many points that we need to Apply to our life's from this video , I'm going to analyze this video and apply it today because Jan3 will not be like Jan2 it can't. I don't identify with that person. It's time to change , and change needs to happen now. Thank Jaret , as we all can agree , we needed this.

Nothing wrong with redefining your goals every January - it's a good time to stop and re-evaluate where you are and what you have. But I agree the real change needs to be made in your character and with your habits. We need to close that gap between who we are and who we need to be to get what we want. My big struggle is getting better at not wasting time (even small increments) and identifying what I need to focus my time on.

Yo man what the fuck happened to all your videos?? I watched every single video apart of your 365 video series and had the majority of them saved which i listened to quite often and found extremely inspiring, now they're all gone?? Even the videos you made years ago like TAKE THE RISK and all the bodybuilding videos?? I don't what happened man but i'm disappointed in you, i don't why you removed them or what happened but those videos really touched me and now they're gone forever :(
