@@JanandAnn Well it was a few years back now, but it was very nice, although I’m quite sure Okada gonna be hard to beat, as it’s probably the top or one of the top resorts in the Philippines now, but will be nice to see you both in Solaire, and emptying the stock of Salmon and Sushi 😃👍🏼🙏🏼

We stayed here yesterday and luckily We had a free medley buffet won on the spin at the casino☺️ but wasn’t able to avail it coz we have to go to the airport early☺️..sayang😁

Nice video! Is there a time limit how long you can stay and eat? The Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas has a 2 hr. limit, at least that's what it was before the pandemic.$52 is pretty reasonable, considering you guys emptied out the seafood station, just kidding 🤣🤣
Hii! To be honest we aren’t sure if there is a time limit. We forgot to ask lol. We think the price is right for the quality of the food/drinks you get and we definitely ate alot hahaha 😂

Just notice you did not go to the cooking station for seafood. They can cook it for u buttered shrimp and baked clams. So you can enjoy it much better. But yeah i love medley buffett as well cant wait to go back.

Try Heat of Edsa Shangri-la on Sundays, they even have lobsters for just 2,400😉Their sushis/sashimis are fresh too plus the rib eye steak and their lechon are just yummy. Love you guys… Your vlogs makes me wanna go to places you’ve been to😆and you make me hungry most of the time🤦🏽♀️🤣. Then let us know which buffet place you love the most so I can also try as well.

Oh im hungry seeing the delicious foods. Im not only salivating but my stomach is growling. Hope to go to Okada Manila to experience that. My last experience was in Buffet 101 at Glorietta Makati when we stayed at Fairmont Hotel which is just nearby. its cheaper there for 1K plus per person. But i think the foods you ate at Okada is much better and yummy.
sobrang nagcrave aq sa buffet food. mahilig din aq sa japanese foos especially sushi. mukhang masasarap lahat ng food sa Okada.

Jan and Ann. Is it worth P2,700 for the buffet. Maybe if you eat a lot. If not maybe you just go to a resto. That won't cost you P2,700.
We were pretty satisfied with the buffet but Yes if youre a big foodie then this place is for you but if u dont eat much thers lots of other choices to choose from that cost less😊

Why do you guys keep on comparing it to VIKINGS? Definitely Medley has way better quality since it's a hotel standard.
Cus Vikings is another buffet we went to and this was highly requested after our vikings video 😊

Wow wonderful experience, i really appreciate that place, lahat ng foods nila sobrang sa sarap po at at sobrang sulit ng P2700 mo. Dahil ibat- ibang klase ng pagkain ang matitukman mo, pati yung mga Seafoods nila pwedi mong ipaluto sa mga chef's nila Kung Anuman ang gusto mong luto sa D'best experience. Kahit sa Vikings may same silang mga foods pero may kanya kanya silang signature dish talaga. Happy for you po mga lods.., God bless you

The L in salmon is never pronounced in proper English.
When vloggers held food infront of the camera and they use the palm of their hand to make the item look clearer, that is just super cringy. Well not as much as it is sad and pitiful. But because everyone else is doing it, it becomes the norm. It’s not a make up tutorial video and even in such videos, it can be sad. It’s sad, because you can see the effort, which is pointless because it doesnt make a difference. The gesture is making it seem like the camera is king and everything is too focused on the documentation. (I want to see this buffet on video. So this is interesting. But that second with the sushi and the palm block caused you an Emmy). Now, that I got that off my chest, I’ll enjoy the rest of the video.
More expensive than the buffet in LasVegas ! And LasVegas is better

They come to you when you are ready to be served with various steaks. Im sure they have this style of dining in the Philippines.
Yup, I know what you mean. Waiters come to your table with different types of meat in carving forks. They give you a small card which you flip around if you want more meat or you want to take a breaker or stop them from serving steaks. Would like to know if there's one like this in the Philippines.
Been there last dec, and I must say, it's not worth it. I still prefer spiral buffet in sofitel.

I find it very stupid you have to wear a face masks when collecting the buffet food. But it's okay to take it off when eating? No logic and unhiegenic to take off the mask and on all the time

I’m legit here right now eating bc of all the RUclips vids on this place.. yall win bc this place low key sucked. Best dish was the Beef Caldereta. You get 3-5 choices per station and the choices are pretty meh, I seen more variety at a Golden Corral. Seafood station was small crab, Oyster, Clam, bunch of fish. Desserts on the other hand were pretty epic, holo holo had zero flavor. I would save your 2700ph and go to Mang Inisal and use the rest for a new swim suit and a massage.

Price is not bad for what you get and assortment of quality food. Good to experience especially for a special occasion. Normally a fancy date in north america a bill woild be $200 tax and tip.
This is still a deal , just come hungry to make your moneys worth.
Ann, there another buffet place in okada I think it’s a Chinese restaurant. There also another buffet in manila I don’t know the name but they focus on Filipino food and I think multicultural as well.

@@JanandAnn ya that one…spiral is a bit pricey but worth it. Best thing to do to get your money worth is go to the meat section first, skip the salad. There a laksa noddles it’s really good and the salmon belly as well. The Japanese section is really good. Get the oyster so fresh. They where brought in from France so you will like it. Get the halo halo for desert. Skip the Chinese section it’s pretty much the same in China town. And. Drink some wine with their coke cuts especially the cheese to finish the night.
Vikings has more dishes but Medley is definitely more delicious.
I think this is the most that you two have eaten at a buffet :)

In every buffet, I start with a vegetable salad lots and lots of veggies, then the main course followed by a dessert.
I go vegan and halal. During cheat day, I go for meat.

NO WAY, there is no way that is worth $55, for two $110.00, thats a months worth of food here in Philippines, no way no how, is any meal worth that price, no way!!
