Of course we are going to be happy if it doesn't hit our area (whatever area it may be that a person lives in), but that doesn't mean that people are going to be happy it hits someone else though. I can't believe that you even thought that quite honestly, but people are weird now and think all kinds of things, so it shouldn't surprise me I suppose.
