      Keep at it, it really works! I had plantar fasciitis and 4 years later, my feet are healthier than ever. Also, look up Dr. Emily EBFA short foot exercises and foot release. TFC and Dr. Emily are the best when it comes to healthy feet, overall mobility and well being. What helped me stick with it, as it took over 2 years of painful "rehab", was realizing I had spent 50 years damaging my feet through unhealthy means and they adapted wrongly. It will take time to teach them to adapt back to a natural state. But they do adapt. Good luck with your journey!

      My toes don't move so I can't stand on them

      I'm still weak can't go on my knees my left foot is really sore
