I’m always a few iPhones behind, due to my teenage autistic daughter. I would never at full price for a new iPhone 😮!!! I have what I ca a iPhone/iPad graveyard in my bedroom closet due to my daughter biting or throwing my phones when she’s having a really bad day. I just bought an 8 plus on Ebay to replace my 6s, because my 6s ‘s battery is below 70% and it won’t stay charged and I very nervous about the glass back with my daughter. I’m looking for a super safe case right now Thank you for all the great information
Great video... I'm a Samsung Galaxy user but most of my friends & family use iphone. I switch sim cards between my Galaxy and my iphone 6s plus, so that I can use facetime & imessage. Such a coincidence that you uploaded this video today because I was thinking about upgrading my 6s plus to a 8 plus because I want something faster but I still prefer the home button vs the later models
I have been using iPhone 6s Plus since 2016 and it serves me pretty well since I don't use processor-intensive apps on it. The only thing I probably wish I have is the telephoto lens. To me, the biggest advantage had been the ability to change the battery myself (which everyone can do it easily within 30 minutes), with one purchased online cheaply. I understand that you can't do so with newer iPhones (XS model onwards) without an irritating warning message keeps on popping up as Apple wants to monopolize the repairs, by "locking" the batteries to discourage outside/self repair. The iPhone will also not show its battery health (percentage) if it's not changed by Apple or its authorized service providers!
There's nothing wrong with the phones in 2023 it's that many of them have a heavily degraded battery (anything below 80% health) making those that are, almost unusable.
@Sujay Meel If you want to increase your iphone's battery life you should use often low battery mode. It is normal that the battery will be broken someday. The replacement of it will surely be someting normal. It depends on a price where to change the battery. I would do it in apple service if my iphone was a pretty new. However, iphone 8 Plus is a basic phone nowadays. So, I would prefer a third comapny parties for a lower price.
Not gonna be purchasing I purposely typed In RUclips coz I’m thinking of getting the 8 plus I’ve hd the 6s plus since it came out in 2015 no cracks or anything just wanna upgrade yes I know there’s an iPhone 14 or whatever now lol but can’t afford that 😂
Watching from a 6s Plus with new battery and display, works great for muy daily use.
I’ve had both, they’re both good, but I miss the iPhone 6s Plus camera. I feel like it used to show more colors and less dark

Just changing the battery makes an iPhone 8plus usable back.
@Sujay Meel Genuine battery replacement while Apple offers it. It's the most safe and reliable way.
