After watching japansese volleyball highschool and pro for so long it's surprising how slow so many others countries are defensively at all levels of play. It's like they dive in the general vacinity of the ball so it seems like they went for it but they are so sluggish.
It is a low level tactic allowed by coaches who lack personality and Respect for the game, the opponent team and the spectators. It should not be allowed!

TCU seems to love under-sized 5'11" hitters who can jump, lol. Parra might be the best under-6ft hitter in the world, after Gabi. Mya will learn a TON from being around Parra, but I'm doubtful she'll be able to even come CLOSE to filling Parra's shoes once she's gone.
Parra might be the best hitter over or under 6ft in the country period the way she been playin…Maya has all the physical attributes but what separates Parra is her IQ
@@Jayydubss Claire Chaussee (fmr Louisville) at 6-ft might rival Parra in hitting prowess and IQ, and athleticism. She’s definitely not overhyped. Her Contact point is amazing and her vertical deathly helps. And I see how you can see your attitude that’s snarky, but I think it’s more of. She’s very hard on herself when she messed up. You could just tell how bad she would get at herself when her teammates did she didn’t have that look

idk if it’s cause of the team in general, but Allen does not seem as impressive as everyone lets on. Yes she’s bouncy but her overall skill could maybe put her at high d3, low to mid d2
The green team needs to learn where the kneepads go....multiple players on that team have bruised knees....you're not going to be able to use your knees in 5 years, if you keep that up.
I’m sorry, her hits are good, but she’s so lazy and slow in the back row, she’s too late to cover seams, and she just doesn’t seem like she’s communicating or getting hyped for her own teammates. Let alone, she just looks like she doesn’t care to be there. There’s no way this is D1 though, I’ve seen 13 year olds able to do play like this at my club
School season it’s just not as fast pace and not as hyped this club. I’ve seen her play at her club and she’s a different player. Her teammates failed to do basic things. This isn’t a d1 school is just basic high school. I don’t think any of the other girls are committed to any schools and her being the only one committed doesn’t help.

mya needs to be eager on defense. She's standing straight up and strolling around the court in all 3 back row rotations. serve recieve is great tho

# 3 on green , that gal can fly ! Its fun to see that height of jumping .. and hit Hard !
