Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro: How to enable the Developer Options? for USB Debugging etc.

With this video, I want to show you, how you can activate the developer options at the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 and Note 8 Pro. I will show you also, how you can disable it after.
At the developer's mode you can enable the USB-Debugging to transfer data for example.
I have used a Redmi Note 8 Pro by Xiaomi for that video.

I updated my Redmi note 8 and they screwed up this method. Can't use this anymore. Dont update. Doesn't work anymore. And if you update.. you can't roll back to previous version. So you are screwed.

1) Turn ON Developer Options
2) Turn ON USB Debugging
3) Turn OFF MIUI optimization
4) Turn ON Install via USB
Step 3 is important or the error appears: Install canceled by user
