Imagine watching an unstoppable protagonist the whole plot going through everything, and now you see him in a wheelchair. It's rough, the whole anime is a rollercoaster of emotions, and that's what makes it so great.

Alice was really great in this episode her tending to Kirito while not able to function at a normal capacity is quite responsible act also Selka is awesome too
Alice looked at the tree because she didn't cut it cleanly like the old times it means she's getting weaker its not like she didnt cut it properly to fall on those weak ass wood cutters
