To think that space did not have a roof a year ago! And you have had trips to France to take care of the property there and that overgrown garden. You are making progress on all fronts.
Again it’s remarkable what you manage to achieve. The job looks excellent. One point……wear a mask friend. That was a lot of dust. Looking positive. Well done .😊
You are getting so close now....stay focused. A beautiful new kitchen for your summer visits! Take care, don't work too hard. See ya soon! ( love the terrace planters on the wall)
Another great progress! As for the wiring, as i know a bit of the trade, i strongly advise you to run separate circuits into the kitchen for the induction cooking, the oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and general plugs and lights. And I really mean install different circuit breakers, drill another 5 holes from your switchboard with individual cables into the kitchen and run separate tubes to wherever you plan the appliances to be. I am assuming electrical code is similar to ours, and it shouldn't be much different. This will make the wiring much more reliable, because whenever you have trouble in some appliance or circuit, you can still have power for everything else and not be completely in the dark. Also plan a route for your TV and internet cable, at this stage is very easy, latter on the works it will be harder. Make plans for the kitchen layout and necessary wiring and pipework, think different alternatives until you stick to the best option. designs are cheap, tearing down and doing allover is expensive and time consuming. I presume the terrace will need some electricity and pipework, plan for that now to avoid crossing the kitchen latter on the works.
I was very happy to see you and your family back in Italy after your long absence. The plastering looks marvelous and will continue to do so for many years to come. Your persistence and consistence are commendable. I understand your new work demands will not allow you the flexibility you have enjoyed in the past, however, I sincerely hope you will "crack on." Take care. We will see you next time.
Ooooh, now that you're showing food you're cooking, you're going to have to tell us WHAT you served! :) You are the master of not only plaster but electrical and now culinary arts! I love seeing slices of your life. Keep up the good work!
Maybe it would be a good idea to show things at home so we can see what's going on there. I also think taking that green door home and working on it and showing videos of its transformation. It gives us something to look forward to.
It may seem like the Forth Bridge but it's not- just a few more pushes and the next time you are up there will be with paint. The transformation from two tiny rooms- one completely black- is stunning.
You have done a fantastic job. Sometimes it seems daunting but you have the best attitude. Rome wasn’t built in a day! Keep chipping away At it and you’ll get through. Wishing you and your family a great year to come. Look forward to seeing you finish the kitchen. It’s going to look fab. All the best x 🎉
Ralf Channel Tunnel was built using a long piece of string 50km long & 2 bean cans with one French 🇫🇷 guy in France , one Brit our side both with crossed fingers 🤞 for 6 long years 😁, I was that Brit lol 😂 and it strangely WORKED
Happy new year and well done on another great day(s) work. I was a bit concerned about all the dust too. I am trying to wear a mask every time I cut chases now but I know it's a pain. I never saw a chase cutter before. I just used an angle grinder but I think I'm going to buy one after you made it look so easy. Thanks for the tip.
Everything is looking good...progress is being made with great results. I am sure you will feel much better about the renovation as soon as you are finished with the walls in in the kitchen. 😅🤣😂

I like your idea for the lighting! That sounds fabulous. Good to see your progress! Cheers.😊
Job well done.
Do wear a mask as lung scaring is not something you want to deal with later in life.
Buon Anno!
Good to see you back, enjoying your Renos! Cheers from Oz🦘😎
Happy NY. Nice to see you back. Plastering looks great. Take care till we see you again.
As the Plaster Master you really should sign and date your hard work somewhere visible on one of the walls!!!
I'm glad to see you wearing overalls, they are so much more comfortable doing this kind of work 👍
Love the up light idea on the beams. Do not skimp on outlets in the kitchen.

You need plenty of kitchen plugs. Especially around cabinets
Just fabulous! One can now see the possibilities in what was once a chestnut roasting ruin. Great progress and so uplifting to behold.

Looks like you are quite a chef. Where will your appliance station be. The refrigerator and range? Fans ....ect
Happy new year!
You need a respirator!!!!!!!!
What type of plaster are you using on your walls? Do you know what the equivalent would be in France? It's all looking great!
Silicosis !
What about the house next to you.. are there any news about that ?
❤
You have dragged your house into a haven, one room at a time
🔨🖌
You really need a dust mask. Your lungs are more important.
100% I have done this his type of work you need a respirator for sure. Not just a dust mask.
✨🌞✨
I really think you should be wearing a mask
Maybe wearing a mask and eye protection might have been an idea when you were drilling and chasing.
Good man Raff. Wear a mask 😷
Great job Ralf. Don’t you get fed up of the ‘must wear a mask comments’ I’m sure if you wanted to wear one, you would.
Love following your work, but please...could you stop swinging the camera around so much! 🤢🙂
