Just set mine up right out of the box new nothing powers up. Checked voltage power adaptor getting 6V dc.
I have a tip for you. Not sure if you noticed it before now but you need to make sure the chin strap for the hat is past her chin. The mouth has way more movement than what you are showing in the vid. My witch shut off and I'm trying to figure out what the issue is.

Oh dude thanks a lot! I bought this last year on sale, just opened and setup and found this problem. Appreciate you brother. Going to do this right away. I had a feeling it was those shitty ribbon cable connections.
So I tried and didn’t work but unhook black she goes off one time but can’t get her to talk only had it one year 😢
Also isnt there multiple quick connects for that wire or just the one?

I am an electrician and these quick connects are always a problem.
Just got mine out and of course it’s been raining. I know it’s water proof but I figured maybe that’s why the head stopped turning, is there another way around it?
