Its crazy watching you go from 160k to over 300k I don’t really know you but I always see your comments everywhere so whoever you are. Hi! Keep up the good work! 😊
I get that it's pretty much more "Far Cry" and all, however I can't help but get these awesome "Blood Dragonish" vibes that I get from the art design. The environments are vibrant, particularly at night. It has that James Cameron-esque sci-fi military and technology approval. And while there may not be any cybernetic animals to hunt, the alien wildlife is still quite exotic and captivating, and in a way, we still have dragons as well!
People hate on the movies and game for no reason, underrated franchise in general. TL;DR : I talk about how much I love the Avatar franchise I remember watching the first movie when I was pretty young, and it was the most beautiful, epic movie I had ever watched! Saw the second one recently, and despite it having some similar plot points (some scenes are basically ripped from the first movie and freshened up) it was a great movie, and it looked gorgeous. I never really got why some people in the theater would straight up yell "THIS MOVIE IS SO BAD." (Yes, this happened during my theater viewing, no, it didn't change my opinion on it.) Ever since I've seen the spine-chilling battle scenes, I've wanted a game that replicated the feeling of taking down Scorpions and tearing apart AMP suits, and this game hits that nail right on the head. Thank you for the incredible game gameplay, I hope you continue to enjoy this game.
People hate on the movies and franchise because they're literally 'Dances With Wolves: In Space' or 'Disney's Pocahontas - but Blue Cat People'. Same plot as 'The Last Samurai,' 'Ferngully,' etc. It's kind of a been-there-done-that story, but with a sci-fi motif. A bit too simplistic and formulaic for a franchise that creator and director James Cameron seriously seems to want to be the next 'Star Wars' in terms of pop culture phenomenon. Also 'Unobtainium' is a silly ass plot device name and might as well be British settlers looking for Gold again in a new land / world, much like one of the previously mentioned films. This is all outside the fact the films are a bit preachy and anti-military for no real reason other than James Cameron wanting to be preachy with his space cat storyline. And the first movie AND the second movie have basically the exact same plot ('why can't we all just get along and harmonize?!...'), are a bit overly long in terms of movie length, and spend a lot of that time showcasing the beauty and nature and animals of Pandora...but not much else of actual substance or story. Plus, it's almost all made in a computer using CGI, and 90% of the animals are either 'Dinosaurs' or 'Alien Horses / Birds / Whales / Dolphins'. As for this game, it's a fine enough game. Basically 'Far Cry' - but with Avatar and Blue Cat People and Dinosaurs, etc. Plays well. But, if you're not already into the Avatar movies, it's probably not going to sell you on them.
This game is fine i dont see mayor problems and it can be even fun to play But the biggest complain is the price for how much the game has to offer i dont think this game shoold be expensive at all
It's the fake gamers. You know, the people that complain and call this FarCry unironically. They try and ruin every game before it even comes out. Then call themselves gamers even though they hate everything about videogames.
@@Wipeoutzone1 Dude I was literally just thinking that like I figured these are the games "outpost" and if that is the case they fucking suck. Like what challenge is a game where one clip of a gun takes out a Mech and all you have to do is kick regular humans to kill em. I understand the main protagonists are giant blue people but it don't seem to make for a fun game.
yeah games need more realistic and aggressive AI that do a variety of actions to keep it interesting, i hate the developer mentality of dumbing down AI so they're just there to miss shots and be killed@@viktorvaughn7341
What would have made this game incredible, was if it were an immersive sim like dishonoured or deus ex. The world building and atmosphere of the game is top notch, but all the aspects that make it a video game is so bare bones and generic.
I think they looked something up from Ghost of Tsushima in regards to the totems and the lookout points, they are similar to the Ghost of Tsushima haikus. Crafting is pretty bare bones, sure the foraging of specific materials to cook and craft is there, it's really good that they don't show you exactly where they are located, so you must look around and follow the clues that they gave you. But otherwise the combat is good, but rare if you don't actively search for it. I believe they anticipated different player groups, the ones that are more pacifistic and are the explorers and relaxed ones, as well as the more aggressive ones that are actively looking for the drill. But they didn't pushed hard enough through the barrier to catch both groups interest. Combat and exploration is still somewhat basic.
literally only 2 ways to fight in here? bow and kick animation? game would be 10000x better if they added some sort of combat system other than just the bow. Parkour looks really good and could benefit a real combat system. One hitting opponents is boring and lacks variation. I could see this getting really boring

Shame this game flew under everyone’s radar it’s pretty good.
It looks good. The gameplay/combat is boring.

to be honest looks like theres zero challenge, at all, pointless playing and wasting money on another UBI training wheel game

Did you watch the xlio he was using a gun ... you obviously don't watch clips before commenting...moron.
thats just cus thats all he uses, there are plenty of other means of combat, mounted, spears, guns
this reminds me of far cry
Everyone can make games similar to others... but when its ubisoft its always "oh the same shit oh same open world oh the same bla bla bla".
