Love the design and superb animation
*I love the design and space assignments in this design. for the exterior, I would probably most probably ask that it be slightly angled and incorporate acrylic panel boards on the trellis. As for the interior, I would change the stairs leading to the attic room into a folding one that folds against the wall and then incorporate a sliding or a folding trap door.*

It's really nice. I would try to add a bedroom upstairs some how, but I understand how that can be challenging with the roof line. Overall amazing, I appreciate you sharing this.

It looks amazing but not practical because see the upstairs balcony . What you do if it rains
ofcourse brother watre drainage already consider. it is automatic when you put balcony automaticaly there is water drainage. that will be done in detail design.
