Great flying, nice skills!
Great show and tell !
Just got my t20.. feel really nice
My fav radio trasmiter🤩
Fantastic flying and review, Nick! 😃
It's finally hitting the market! I bet Gemini is going to end becoming the standard!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
And happy holidays!
It's called, Christmas and new year.
@@ivoperic3992 Yeap, same thing. I watch on my smartphone, so less words is better.
Waiting for flylens 75 review And compare to fl85
Hey Nick- I just have a question about the Flywoo Flylens 85 you’re flying. I’m using the old Flysky FS-I6X radio and I was wondering if the Flylens 85 would work if I got the no receiver option? Thanks for the great review.
In todays times we don't have to many, or really any, for a bind and fly with flysky. So we have to buy a pnp and add our own flysky receiver.
I purchased my first radio when the T18 came out and I’m a hybrid pincher. I’m thinking of getting this for its smaller size would any of you recommend me switching? I’m not the type to use multiple radios etc I like to buy once and be done but the T20 has me intrigued on the purchase and retiring my T18…I do love my lcd screen though it’s nice to have my quad telemetry displayed on it when I’m testing and tuning my quads so I don’t have to always use my goggles to tell the battery voltage etc.
I don't consider this a smaller sized radio. And therefore can't recommend switching.
@@NickBurnsFPV appreciate the reply!
1:15 "Jumpers the first to do it" ...well... ...Jeti model brought their DS-16 MK1 duplex radio to the market over 10 years ago, so that statement is not quite accurate... :D
Hey you mentioned something about 900mhz for T20 gemini. Can you confirm there is such a version because I couldnt find anything about it.
The information I was sent indicated a 900/915mhz version, but so far I don't see it listed anywhere. Its possible they are focused on the 2.4ghz market first.
@@NickBurnsFPV thanks so much for the reply!
Nice review as always.
Why is radio link the main focus for radio manufacturers. like you said ELRS is solid AF for 99% of pilots. I often go out to 1km or closer through bandos etc and never lose signal. Only time I did i flew out and lowered into a quarry and got a warning only lol. I'd prefer upgraded switches. gimbals, better switch protection designs or similar
My gut says its hype, but I also don't fly in groups or have varying experiences in fpv in many locations. It could also be that the ELRS group continues to identify improvements that could be made, are those improvements for the mass or just because they can is my question.
Other then a upgrade for AG01 gimbals, and the 2 transmitters, receivers looks like a Boxer want a be to me.🤔
Interesting, I think of the boxer and this as QX7 wannabe
Waiting anxiously for 915MHz Gemini hardware
what do you need gemini for, isn't ELRS so good that gemini is overkill
@@flat-earther For environments with crowded channels and targeted interference
I think for close range whoop flights it is not required...may be this item will be in your one of the giveaways😅
Maybe...we shall see.
Could this transmitter be used for Planes and helicopters as well ?
yes, but i haven't flown planes or heli in many many years.
@@NickBurnsFPV Ok , Thanks for the reply.
would you pick this over the boxer?
If I am picking I prefer smaller radios. If I have to pick of the two I would probably go boxer in order to be able to add the AG-01 cnc gimbals.
@@NickBurnsFPV than I'd assume you would go boxer max, rather than t20 Gemini
@@S7E7V7E7N If between those two yes.
@@NickBurnsFPV would you pick some other radio? Now I'm just curious
@@NickBurnsFPV also, thank you for replying.
how much did you pay for this radio
I did not pay for the radio. It was sent by the manufacturer. I am told the msrp is $199.
Looks cool, but I'm a thumber.
First finally?
Firstn't! 😬
@@MCsCreations Damn you! :D
