I respect the hell out of you for making this video. Everything prior to the pro offensive tips I didn’t necessarily need but there was easily 5-6 things I took that I could use & im an old head when it comes to madden. Probably playing it as long as some of you are alive lol 😂. Thank you tho bro
I like your content, but only didn’t know a couple. I didn’t know vertical hooks on 5 bagged zigs. I have been using seam flats. Also cross man being good against crossers. I was trying to cross man the post when facing motion y post and it was getting cooked.
The post in that is just really good, one thing you could try to help the cross man is to shade over the top and inside. Overall though, I wouldn’t have cross manning that post specifically as a main setup to guard it because it’s just so good. Something I like to do is man up my user to that post, then I switch stick off of him to guard other routes and the man coverage usually does solid. My main setup to guard that post is really to switch stick to it with a deep inside quarter or third Also seam flats are also pretty good! But I don’t love playing match so that’s why i use vert hooks.
@@RedZoneRocky yeah I’m glad I watched the video. That’s something I will do moving forward. Typically when I think my opponent is running a zig or return (especially the ones out of bunch offset and bunch te) I run nickel 3-3 cover 3 drop. Auto flip on base and With no zone drops. I put the slot corner on a seam flat and the linebacker on the slot side in a hard flat. Then I hard flat the other outside linebacker and now I’m free to roam with the safety in a cloud flat. Moving forward (especially against bunch te) I will hard flat the coverage and keep the outside linebacker on the tight end side on a hook zone at 5. Instead of hard flatting him. Then play the middle linebacker. Does seam flats get disabled with hook zones set?
For me this video was posted 16 hours ago so why is tip #64 here with base alignment in coaching adjustments, when that isn't an option in madden 25 anymore?
Technically it is but not in the way shown in this video. An adjustment can be done in certain formations. But it's more of a disguise everything as one coverage instead of a straight up base align. That option isn't in coaching adjustments anymore.
There’s coverage shell disguises and there’s just regular base align (in coaching adjustments). Coverage shells are new to the game, but base align with how I explained it in the video, is still in coaching adjustments and is used in almost every single meta defense in the game rn
All the tips are 100% facts... except the abilities section. Abilities are like water, they mold to what ever your put them in... meaning... know your scheme... each ability is useful. I've run through all of them just to see.
I mean, that’s true. But this was kinda just telling people what generally the best abilities are to use, like mid zone KOs is pretty much a must in RN, gunslinger is always an ability that people use every year. So yeah, it it was just a general thing for people who don’t know too much about abilities
Been playing Madden for years this video has opened my eyes and taught me things that I had no idea was in the game big thanks

Base alignment is in Madden 25. It’s not in CFB 25 tho.

Base alignment is most definitely in coaching options. You have man, default, and BASE as options in the coaching options.
Wow!!

🔥 ass video bro 🫡
Appreciate you homie!
Useful video, but 24 minutes of every sentence sounding like it had 3 questions in the middle got pretty old, pretty fast.
