Give them juniors 4 lunch detentions for the equivalent of 2 two hour after school detentions for disruptive behavior in any class period. Making disruptive noises is a misdemeanor, and unacceptable conduct. I would've sat silently and loved to have the option to select a college or trade school with any chance for developmental delays and ADHD/ADD or to see if any local community had programs for individuals with disabilities.
