The way ChaYoung did absolutely everything to bring Vincenzo and his mom together is the highlight of their future relationship. She helped Vincenzo get closer to his mom. She helped him realise that she hasn't a lot of time and that she doesn't want him to live with regrets as she already lives & when he was finally ready to talk to his mom & actually call her mom for the first time, she was gone.
I feel like that this will bring Vincenzo & ChaYoung even closer now. They share the same pain now. Their parents are also killed by the same enemy. They'll be there to comfort each other, to share their pain ( always in their way) and I'm sure ChaYoung will say exactly the words that Vincenzo needs right now to embrace the pain.
You can lied 10.000 times to the world but you never couldn't hide the truth from a mother.Since the first time vincenzo met her,she knows it.Thats why she obeyed him to get the treatment for her illness.Mother is an angel,god gives them a hearth which always accurated more than anything else in the world about their children.

chayoung is so strong, warm, humble and beautiful inside out. the fact she didn't want him to have any regrets and wants him to be happy and peace, they share the most purest form of love, it's so beautiful. and ohhh vincenzo's mom 100% approved of Ms hong chayoung as her daughter in law.
What makes it even sadder is they BOTH KNEW GODDAMNIT, he never had the courage to face her about it, and she was too ashamed to make the fist move, but when he finally did...It was too late.

I’m also enjoying this drama. All the characters are perfect except for the baddies. Even I found it hard to hold back tears since the photo shoot scene. Family moments really hits the heart. Every now and then we should all show our family how much we love and cherish them no matter the hardships because we’re still family.
