A few years ago I picked up a previously enjoyed Rock Rey. Every single gear, axle, driveshaft, and wheel nut was welded together. I spent more on drivetrain parts than I spent on the whole rig.

Dude I was sooo close to buying this thing but I talked to the guy on the phone and he made me so uneasy, wouldn’t send me pics. Waited to tell me about axles and servo. Tried to tell me I could just drill the servo out and put a screw in it. Price was still fair but didn’t have enough confidence in the dude to make the drive. Looks like I wasn’t totally wrong

Just so you know you can get an 800 kilo robotics servo for like 150 bucks. It's a giant servo without a case. And you mount it yourself. For huge trucks.
