I’m here in Rajasthan northern part of India but trying south Indian dish i.e Dosa and idli in Sankalp restaurant. The service was great , food was awesome. Though I can’t remember the waiter name but that's the point of it being random, right? It doesn't necessitate anything from the recipient. I gave 500 rupees for each waiter. Sometimes it doesn't take much to make someone's day. It just takes us being willing to go the extra mile and give a little. If we all did that a little more, I think the world would be a happier place.

As a Chinese currently living in The Netherlands, I am not quite sure how youtube's algorithm brought me here. But I am happy it did, your videos are heartwarming and filled with pure simplicity and kindness. I have subscribed! Keep up the good work. My mother always told me, you can tell how someone really is, by how they treat other's whom are working in service industries such as waiters and waitresses.
This is so true, how someone treat's waiters and waitresses show what they are inside. Been a waiter in USA, Norway and UK so have lots of first hand experience on the subject. Now that I am having great success by being back in IT and got 2 lovely princesses, I now treat any waiter or waitress as gold. (as long as they are not rude or doing a bad job and not trying, you know what I mean) Love the fact that I am now in a position to do as hi did in this video!

Blessing my mother taught me when I was younger:
Back of the bread is the flour. Back of the flour is the wheat. Back of the wheat is the rain and the showers, the sun and the Father's good will.
She taught me that blessing because I was so amazed by the fact that all I had to do was sit and eat but, I always wondered what had to happen for the food to get to my plate.
I am awestruck by the enormity of the process to enjoy the simplest of meals.
If ever there is a chance to grow your own food, you really should try. Take notes in a journal that shows all the steps you need to go through and the time it takes to bring food to your table from your garden.
You should be eternally grateful for any morsel of food that you are able to enjoy eating. Share with others whenever possible.

never forget to tip the dishwashers who toil behind the scenes and delicious meals . unless you eat on banana leaves think of the clean plates and bowls your meals are served upon.
