@@Experternas No not quite. I remember seeing my first computer when I was about 8 but it was the size of a piano. It was used at my parent’s business for doing the staff payroll. That was its only function and it had a dedicated operator who would come in twice a week to do stuff to it and make it work. Yes we had a Commodore computer a few years later also but that’s not really my point. The world didn’t use computers like today. Offices didn’t have them on every desk, people didn’t have them in their bags and we certainly didn’t have them in our pockets. Computers were niche, expensive and not readily available. That’s why Steve Jobs launch of the first Mac in 1984 was such a huge event. My ‘world without computers’ comment was not meant to be taken so literally (given computers have been around since the hole punch card systems) just that the world didn’t operate or function the way it does today. It would be like saying I remember a world without mobile phones… of course mobile phones were in cars first, but not available to everyone, expensive and niche. So no, not in a cave, just making a comment.

Hi Tiff! Great video. You asked for videos we could be interested in; here’s one: how to code with GPT 4o a complete app and publish it for IOS or Android if you’re a non-coder!
How I wish Tech content creators could do more real life and highly complex coding tasks with these AI tools. We need to see how far these tools can really go. Push them to their limits, that's what we want to see.
Jensen’s example of being on a train and watching a train go by is a simple context for pretty much anyone to understand. There’s certainly money to be made in mass production of technology, particularly when larger companies share design specs so all software and hardware can be maximized for optimal effects. The thing is, trains travel on a track that go to different destinations and those tracks were built by innovators, not followers and collaborators.

Also designing apps and websites will be easier once we use our own coding skills and ChatGPT's help. We can code a prototype in under a week rather than take a full month
I for one am scared to see next generation of "developers " there will be like one guys in the company who actually understands code and spends his day troubleshooting while the rest of the team is just prompting AI without any code knowledge.
In a few years we will all be able to just chill back and not have to worry about working and have an abundance of everything we need and just focus on connections with others ❤
Yeah sure, keep dreaming. We already have an abundance of everything, compared to 100 or 500 years ago. It's just that 90% of all the wealth in the world belongs to less than 10% of the people, and since they can never have enough, while we get the crumbs, they fight for power and more wealth, starting wars and crisis. This is nothing new, history teaches the same lesson regardless of how far you go back. The only issue with mankind is greed, and AI will not help with it, on the contrary, it will enable most people to become even more greedy and selfish. Why pay someone to do anything when you can use AI?
Prepare to get homeless and being a slave to the corporate or government. Don't expect a UBI as the folks in WEF has been talking about overpopulation problems. We are just a pest to them, the less human are, the better it is for them as long as human labor are replaceable with machine.

Hey, great video there! My first impression of GPT 4o is good. I might have to test more on assessing its capabilities in analysing data from uploaded documents.
Any big difference between chatgpt3.5 and chatgpt4.0? Does release of chatgpt4 means chatgpt3.5 can potentially be useless in some ways, but continue to serve in some other ways?
Would you try going from a Business use case, then to a SDD, then to the database design and finally coding using 4o? I have done until the SDD with ChatGPT 4 paid version, but the SDD, did not look great. Of course, I am not including infrastructure and network to simplify the test.
You have great enthusiasm! Thanks for the video. Generative AI needs to be considered more of an assistive technology rather than a threat to the workforce. It frees the engineers time by increasing efficiency. The benefits of AI just creating unit tests would be a big time savings on both the development end and from the quality perspective. Lot’s of developers don’t keep that practice either.
I have been experimenting with Chat GPT 4 O and am finding that where it might be great at answering questions and solving certain problems it is hard to teach something to it via prompts. I have been trying to teach it about a Ontology modeling language I have been trying to devise (called UniML, Universal Modeling Language, not to be confused with UML, Unified Modeling Language) so that it might help me do that and it seems that it can only really mimic back to me what I tell it but has no great understanding beyond that. BTW, I do have some videos on UniML and even some screen dumps of my attempts to teach ChatGPT4 O about it. So it seems (based on my limited attempts to do so) that one has to train these LLMs new things vs explain it to them via prompts. I wonder if others have had more luck at doing that?
I think if you are trying to build without any knowledge, you're better off using a website builder. It's not at the point where its able to do everything, you will have to make manual revisions; and if you can't code that will be very tedious. Especially for complex state management / more complex interactivity. We're gonna need to wait for gpt5/6 for something really good.
I tried to generate a simple appliaction to monitor file changes in a folder with GEMINI ADVANCED... after several tries the output could be compiled and would run and fail easily. I doubt that ChatGPT 4o is much better than GEMINI... so we are far away from AI producing anything valuable just by throwing a picture at it. all my experiences produced more efforts. But it can be used for setting a base.
