Yes. It was a little crazy trying to figure out the layout this year, and the raised platform makes it hard to follow sometimes, but this inside train is on a reverse loop.
Cool layout. What is the width and length of your overall layout. I have a 15' by 7' space available and trying to get some point of reference to your layout.
The material is called Buffalo Snow and I usually get it from Jo-Ann Fabrics when it goes on sale after Christmas. However, it is available at most art supply stores.
Hello, yes. Give me a few days to work this out again. I did this all on the fly so I need to recreate. I use Anyrail now, so I will put in there and send you a PDF.
I have two different power sources. The inside track is using an 80 watt transformer with two connections to the track, just before each switch. The outside track uses lionchief engines and I actually have 5 of the wall power packs connected to that track.
I like it too. the power distribution is a little better and it is a lot easier to add new power sections. If you need to add more power as your track gets longer, there are several shops on ebay that you can get the wall wart and the track together for a reasonable price. The outer track is over 100 feet and with two trains running at the same time it took some tweaking to get it right.
nice job good to see a lot of trains running at the same time good track planning
Thanks. It is amazing how much time you can sink into this. Time flies when you are having fun :)
Beautiful Christmas layout !
Thank You!
I really like the 2016 layout it's beautiful! Can you list your curve diameters?
Thanks. This is one of my favorite too. Most of the curves are 0-36, but on the front right, those are 0-48

What are you using to power the track
I have two different power sources. The inside track is using an 80 watt transformer with two connections to the track, just before each switch. The outside track uses lionchief engines and I actually have 5 of the wall power packs connected to that track.
Stephen Norris okay thank you just got two Lionchief engines today and trying to get used to the system so far I'm very pleased
