Indians are legends for several Centuries
Who ever saying that curd can be made outside also.. Please understand some weather conditions doesn't allow to make curd. Example in Bangalore we face difficulty in making curd during winter and rainy seasons. For the people who dont face this issue can avoid this model and save some money. It is also true the price variation is huge between curd maestro and non curd maestro models. I have another concern on the plastic they used for curd container. Hope it is food grade which is equivalent to containers we use for ovens.

What if you do not boil the milk will the curd fermebt
What is the point in providing a container and calling it a technology breakthrough?? we can set curd even outside this refrigerator using the same process of fermentation by waiting for 7 hours or more.
what is special about their curd maestro technology?
I can only guess... that.... they make it possible to bring the temperature during fermentation to the optimum level and allow for cooling the curd maestro compartment once the curd is set.
Basically, they are only doing temperature control inside the module/ curd maestro compartment and creating a trademark for a simple process and asking for more money from customers while only providing only 2-star BEE energy ratings for most of these models.

Wow we make curd in only 2-3 hours but this takes 6 hours at least.
We have this too and we have 4 star one.
Bhai Bahar jamalo dahi.. fridge mei heater lagake (for 35*C) Elect. bill ku badha rahe ho.. samaj ni aaya fridge mei dahi jamane ka concept... in future we hope, we will be able to make pizza and hotdogs inside the fridge 😝

curd will set outside at same time (7 hours)thick or thin there is no limit .we can make one litre or 1000+ litre curd ..
and you waste your fridge space too

In India , we don't need fridge to set curds. We can set curds on kitchen platforms :))... with the kind of climate we have. Cooler countries have problem setting curds. And then it occupies so much space. .. not worth at all for Indian customers.

I had to pay extra 3000/- rs for this useless technology even I didn't want to. All thanks to delivery guy who damaged my previous refrigerator which didn't have curd maker and it was 3000/- less and it was out of stock as well 😭
