Here is an arrangement of Sarasate's Zigeunerweisen, playing everything by myself. After the Csardas, I had too much fun, playing by myself, so I played the accompaniment on the violin. 😉

I'm 13 and learning it right now. its so hard and the notes are way too high lol. so I'm still practicing.
I think I started learning this piece when I was around that age too. I'd say first, find which passage are most difficult for you, mark then and only practice those in different speeds, starting slow and then gradually raising the tempo to a comfortable level. Don't try to play the last part too fast, it's more important the clarity than speed. 🎵🎻 You'll get it!

@@StringsterOfficial Ia ziceți domnu Nică in America tot asa gandesc profesorii de vioara ca in Romania? Că dacă nu te apuci de vioara la 2 ani inveți daca nu e deja mult prea tarziu sa te apuci la 27 de ani cum m-am apucat eu? Sau sa nu iși dea interesu nici catusi de puțin cu adulții?
Ca sa va raspund la intrebare, voi scrie un comentariu mai lung si imi cer scuze pentru asta.
Pe scurt, nu, nimeni nu face deosebire intre varsta studentilor. Ca adult, outeti gasi cu usurinta profesor.
Problema e in felul urmator - ca sa faci performanta, e intr-un fel ca la sport, cu cat te apuci mai repede, de la o varsta mai mica, cu atat sansele sa devii profesionist sunt mai mari.
Dar asta nu inseamna ca daca esti cineva care vrea sa invete ca hobby, nu esti lasat sa faci asta. Poti gasi, dupa cum ziceam, cu usurinta un profesor care sa te ajute.
Cred ca in Romania nu exista aceasta idee de a face muzica de placere, ca hobby, cel putin nu la fel ca in alte parti.
In America exista nenumarate orchestre de amatori; in Romania eu stiu doar 2 astel de orchestre. Scolile de muzica din Romania sunt inca pe modelul invechit USSR, unde daca vrei sa faci muzica trebuie sa te duci la o scoala vocationala.
Incercati poate sa gasiti un student care sa va indrume. Cred ca sunt destui care ofera lectii private si poate va pot ajuta mai mult. Aici orice scoala are sectie de muzica, orchestra, sala de concerte (de multe ori cu peste 1.000 de locuri), iar fiecare elev invata cate un instrument. Iar adultii deobicei gasesc profesor la ceea ce se numeste aici Community School.
Desigur, vorbim de o mare diferenta de fonduri, ca sa ai toata aceasta infrastructura, dar si de o mentalitate diferita. Iar sa schimbi mentalitatea nu costa :)

Sounds absolutely beautiful and I loved the overlay of imagery (especially the robin, and tap dancing ) but I must critique the video - it felt slightly out of sync and the sound did not add up with the bowing at pretty important moments - making me get the impression it felt fake and very jarring. This along with the amount of reverb at the same time as watching the bowing and sound out of sync, something just felt very off with the video. It sounds heavily edited and/or I do not believe the recording is the same as what is being shown visually.
This aside, is does sound great -probably my favourite listening I've ever heard of this piece!
Hey Val! It's very important to hear this kind of feedback! Because of the voicing, I had to pre-record the audio, and because of the piece having quite much of rubato, I ended up not being able to match well what I previously recorded. I'll have to do a better job for next pieces like this one! Thank you very much! 🎻🎵
