Both are great place to spend Holliday,Lamai is surrounding by mountain and lush jungle and by ocean!It is quiet and busy in the same time more laid back and natural i would say,chaweng is more frenetic!!Biggers,beach,city,club,supermarket....Its always about personal taste and feeling but in your case if it is to visit for few day or week and not live there then since chaweng is only at a few km from lamai and the road is beautiful i would say that go and back from one to another few time a week will give you the opportunity and the pleasure to see almost all the interesting and amazing place on the island!!Wish you a lots of great moments here!!🏝🌞🌴🏄♀️🕺🍻🙏🙏
