It was 4 years ago today while holidaying in Samui I rescued a 4 year old girl from drowning in swimming pool in Chaweng beach resort. We have visited Samui 4 times and always visit Fisherman's Market on Friday night's. We prefer Samui to the mainland. Will be returning in May next year. Such a beautiful place. Enjoyed your video! 🙂

Thank you!Tonight i upload a video i did last night in fisherman village and it was the first time i saw so many people there since this really weird 2 years of madness start!It was such a pleasure to see fisherman full of tourist again!Can't imagine how it will be in august,they planning a million tourist per month from june!

CoCo Tam is now packed out every night - you have to queue to get on the beach.
hundreds of customers for the fire show etc
95% of them are Thai because it is still the only beach bar open in the evenings on Samui
but its great to see people out enjoying themselves

Hmm… that was an interesting walk around. I’ve seen pictures of that ocean on ‘Lilly Expat Life’ and I’m wondering if it ever produces waves? I’ve never seen it have waves.
Yes there is sometime a waves on this side of the island but it is not so often and it is more common in chaweng and lamai,it depend also about the weather but usually yes around bophut and bangrak and maenam its kind of quiet!

How has the weather been?
End of last month and beginning of this month was clouds and rain then few day ago sun came back and seems to stay,only a few cloud and a little rain in some rare occasion!It start to look pretty good,still unpredictable but it look good so far!
Not so many tourists in Samui.....
Yes i think because of the bad weather last month and the first half of this month not so many people came in samui but now the weather is mostly sunny with just sometime a little rain or little cloudy so much more tourist should come this month!🌞🏝🌴🍻🏄♀️🙏🙏🙏
Samui is actually fairly packed with eastern europeans and russians (trapped by the war)
but they have no money and keep themselves quiet and away from bars etc
I went to the Immigration Office last week and you could hardly get in the door for "tourists"
trying to extend their visas (again)
I need help, I will be in kho Samui not booked hotel etc can you suggest best location to stay so I can walk to all the action and watch sunsets . Thx
Depend your budget and your expectation!But all the best things to do concentrate in the same area is in Lamai or Chaweng cause there you will have the beach,fitness club,big supermarket such as Tesco Lotus or Big C,day and night market,place to exercise such as the lake for Chaweng or the mountain for Lamai and both have a really fun and busy nightlife!There is also Maenam and Bangrak but with a less choice of activities of any kind!As for where to stay it depend budget and length of stay,long term better rent a house,short term better nice resort with swimming pool and beach!Here is the link of my playlist of all the hotel review i already did,Lamai and Chaweng!Hope it can give you a idea but it is a very very small example of what you can expect here cause there is so many awesome choice!

I recently stayed at Fishermans village (Hansar has some decent deals)
There is probably more life there than anywhere else on the island

It start to be more busy so in my opinion until september the situation should be awesome if we compare to the last 2 years!As for restaurant or bar or club or hotel and resort,lots of them was close for a very long time as you already know but now more than half of them did open again and a lots of the other half start to make renovation to open soon,everybody here seems to believe that the situation will come back almost as it was before so for sure september should be very very busy i think!

@@laurane_floral3464 omg so sorry but for the weather i can't tell how it could be in september cause especially this year it seems to be completly unpredictable and unusual but as of today and since last week there is a very nice weather!Not so hot as it should be,not so cold,sunny day, sometime cloudy and rarely a little rain but not last long!I would say that now its a very nice weather!The best way to stay update its to watch "samui real livecam" cause they have a livecam in chaweng in lamai in bangrak or fisherman village too and even in nathon,very convenient way to see live day after day how the weather is here and also watch video i upload!But it should be good,koh samui is a paradise on earth no matter the weather🌞🏝🌴🏄♀️🍻🙏🙏🙏

It is Bo Phut Beach at fisherman village!Very nice place to chill,lots of delicious restaurant and the beach is beautiful with a direct view to koh phangan!!Wish you a very happy healthy week end!
