Meet an AKTION Czech Republic - Austria Scholarship Holder | Štěpán Papáček

Štěpán Papáček is a university teacher and an ambassador of the AKTION programme. He has travelled seven times as a university teacher on a one-month scholarship of the AKTION Czech-Austria programme. Thanks to the scholarships, successful inter-university cooperation has been established.
