Brodual, slight error - He didn't place the shack the shack is a vanilla location that had no purpose apart from a bear and some skeletons inside. He simply expanded on it and made it usefull :)

Afro Sama I do not watch him. I can put him down, because when I am looking up new skyrim mods, I typically do not enjoy some immature kid's ranting about banging skyrim companion Jessica Alba. On the internet, I do enjoy intelligent people. People like you are a problem, because we defend such stupidity as 'just do not watch him.' Maybe if his parents spanked him enough, he could be a more productive citizen of society, who has a little bit more respect for women in general. I do not watch MMO, I will not watch him again. I will continue to criticize him, if I so choose, because apparently, he feels it is quite ok to constantly make rape, pedophile, and anti woman jokes all the time. I can take jokes to an extent, but eventually, it just gets down right disrespectful.

I just want to point out that the shack is in Eastmarch, not the Reach which is the hold where Markarth is the capital. Anyways great video guys!
You can build a deck in a few hours, but it takes an hour to change the curtains? The dragonborn is really strange when it comes to hard labor.

There is nothing strange about it. One (in-game)hour is the minimal amount of time, that can be skipped by the game engine.
And "a few hours" to build a deck is more then enough in the game. Would you rather wait two weeks? It's a *GAME* ... not real... -_-
dXb I realize that. I just think it's funny that it takes an hour to put up curtains, but he's the flash when it comes to building. The reason is understandable, but it winds up being funny.

Presumably uses the Riverside Shack found in the vanilla game. Allowing the player to turn it into a customisable home is a very cool idea. Kind of a cross between "Build Your Own Home" and "Home Construction and Decoration".

The author didn't place the shack there it is actually in the vanilla game. When I first went there way back on my very first playthrough I was like "oh look a shack, maybe there is something interesting in it" so I ran inside just to be scared shitless by a bear which was waiting in the shack lol
Hey Brodual, you said it's in the reach but it's in Eeastmarch... And that actually is the location of the Riverside Shack ingame iirc, but if I'm wrong, than disregard this. I love watching your videos! Keep up the good work!
One small thing Brodual, the shack is in the default game its just literally a pointless location, you get very little loot from

i got an issue ! when i try first time build its said i need specipic items , saw, baket, shovel , hammer , axe . i got woodcut axe(not sure if this is the one i need) . any way i got all of them but it wont let me start build , its just give this 4hour wait msg and nothing happen . plz help

Love your vids but a few minor mistakes:
1. The Reach is on the other side of Skyrim, that's Eastmarch
2. The mod creator didn't add that shack, it's in the vanilla game, he just changed it
3. A bear can also spawn in place of the saber cat

Ya know, there's a riverside shack in the actual game, and even though it wasn't a home, the containers there already are non-respawn ones. I made it my player home in the original game....

Just tried it and seems to be conflicting with Convenient Horses for some reason. BOSS wouldn't recognize the plug-in so now I have to jerk around with it and figure out what I can do. Other than that, it seems like an awesome mod. I'm sure I'll enjoy it once I'm actually able to use it.
This clipping issus on the house is ugly. Hopefully it gets fixed

Hey the shack is a vannila building. The animal randoms from a bear to a saber. That's all vanilla but the mod just upgrades the house

WARNING: - Although this mod can work, and some of the shack can be built, there's an oftten reported bug that stops bought "cut logs" from the local timber mill from being delivered to the Riverside Shack. Other bugs include a fire appearing under the bed if the fireplace is lit and a "thank you" note disappearing from your inventory after being read.
As the mod author has removed and/or blocked comments that call their mod into question, and the fact that the mod author has refused to fix their bugs/dismissed numerous comments reporting the "no cut logs bug", it is recommended to avoid this mod. This is especially perinent for XB1 users, was the mod author has uploaded this mod without testing it for XB1 and has refused to update it.
For those wishing to install mods that have a greater chance of working as intended (on XB1), uploads by both "Arthmoor" and "Stonespiralgaming" offer similar mods, just for different locations. They are both approachable and upload high quality mods.

THe Shack is Vanilla, but on the Vanilla there is a Bear inside. The mod only let you rebuild it the way you want to use his once abandoned place as a player home.
Nope, i'm doing my 4th playthru in Skyrim, found that shack yesterday and it was a Sabre cat and i'm sure it always were a sabre cat
NeroIsPlaying I think the type of animal it is depends on your level. It was a bear in one of my playthroughs.
NeroIsPlaying Thicketford Guys... It's a just spawn point, like every other enemy spawner in the game. None of your enemies are the same for everyone else and none of them are pre-selected to be there. That particular spawner is just for a hard dangerous animal, so it pulls from the leveled list for dangerous animals and just drops one inside. EVERY instance of a standard enemy in Skyrim is chosen in this method. Only NPCs involved in a special script or task remain the same between files.
NeroIsPlaying depends. sometimes it's a sabrecat, sometimes a cave bear.

I'm having a problem and I need help. I was installing better males nudes manually, I went into the game, and when I went into 3rd person, I saw that the loincloth, which should only appear when you're naked, was clipping through my armor. Yhis has happened to every single male and it's really ruining the immersion. If anybody can ptovide any help with mods, files, anything, I can't thank you enough. Please, if you can, help me

Uhg, it doesn't matter what features people put into there home mods, its all made superfluous when Kagronac's instant fortress exists, a MOBILE home you can put wherever the hell you want. i just don't get why people still make mods that place an immovable home somewhere on the map that you'll visit maybe twice and then never enter it again, when Kagronac's Instant fortress exists. its completely pointless imo.

Its Magic, in a world filled with Dragons and trolls and giants and walking tree spirits. like, have you ever heard of the guy Kagronac? he was a dwemer architect of the highest order, screwing with the heart of *Lorcan? or whatever and they all disappeared. anyways the mod author said that Kagronac built the fortress for himself with Dwemer tech and magic. Elder scrolls lore CAN be added to
(if it fits and makes sense and isn't completely stupid), but never changed.
Honestly, it depends on your play style and your game. If I want to play as a young hunter living in a small village, I don't exactly want my home to be a mega fucking fortress. That wouldn't be immersive, as it wouldn't fit in with my game.

I like this mod a lot better than BYOH. BYOH is nice, but the amount of construction that your character gets done is really ridiculous, and a bit ostentatious.
