Great video Johnny, hear is one for you mate, I have a sterlet in my pond, and been feeding twice a day, 36% protein 3mm pellets over the winter months, and the strange thing is the Koi have also been smashing em as well, and the thing is, they have never looked as good, even when the pond was at 4c .
This has had me thinking mate, very interesting only thing I heard is if temp is too low it can cause digestive issues as they don’t have a stomach. I’m no expert just going of what I been told. Interesting though 👀
