Looks like a lot of bang for the buck in that green brand for the home owner/DIYer if they don’t overdrive them. Have you found any capability limitations for typical shop/house stuff vs a Ridgid or Milwaukee or is it mostly power/speed and vibrations? That saw looks like it borrowed a few pieces from the Gen 5X Ridgid I had years ago. Nice video. Oh…what bar is on the chainsaw in the background?

@@kenc9162 I’ve found that Ryobi is perfect price/tool for the average homeowner doing basic DIYer stuff. Long term if you push them they don’t last long. You can tell based on price/build quality Ridgid and Milwaukee are built better, but that comes with price! Every tool has its place depending on your budget or job you’re doing. If you hang a shelf once a year, Ridgid and Milwaukee are over kill. At the end of the day I always say, no matter the tool brand just get out in your shop and have fun!! As for the bar, it’s a 16” Oregon with an Oregon chain. Thanks for watching. Check out my video interview on what tool brand is best. Thanks for watching! 😊 Dan

Not one of those cuts was clean. Wood on the underside was fractured each time.

@mikehurdiss226 True. I mainly use this for Renos, not finished work. Definitely want to use a circular saw for finer more finished/accurate cuts.😊 Dan

Nice one. Did you already try cutting metal?

Why bother reviewing Ryobi just toss it in the garbage. Check inside the machine they very seldom grease the gears and fail often
