Hi bthebaber my name is Angel i have a beard but i shaved some of the spots off the problem is that part is dark to the grows that is grow u think i should shave off the hole thing and start over or jus let that spot regrow
genuinely, seems like such simple solution but i've never thought of it. I can draw the line freehand and shave to it amazingly. Second i try doing it without the link my eyes betray me. Cheers bro.
After this, I definitely did the line up with the pencil last night (I always use black), and I put Vick's on (from another RUclips video I saw) and I after a week of no growth in that area, I saw immediate growth from midnight to this morning (sleeping on my opposite side). I'm not sure if it's working or dumb luck, but I'm a believer now for anyone curious about it. About 7 weeks into my beard journey and definitely the most progress I've made so far.
This is a great video. I bought down one side way past the other and instead of evening it out, I'm just not touching it and going back to drawing my lines before it. Great video.
Great vid. I had to teach myself how to create a new beard line. I like the 70s, 80s high and thick and mutton chops beards. My favorite is Clubber Lang on Rocky 3. That's how I fashion my beard now. Thanks again for the helpful information
Try a double edge razor on your head and a good shaving soap and brush. I use that on my dome all the time and have no problems. I sweat like crazy at work also and no ingrown hairs or anything. I also used Thayer's medicated super hazel after and a good after shave like fine or paa.
When I shaved my head I did use a double edge safety razor and a good brush. I also had a HeadBlade ATX for times I didn't really feel like taking the time with the safety razor. For a 4 blade it really didn't clog like you'd think and it really cut down on any nicks.
I use organic coconut oil on a dry head, then lightly wet your head and apply your shaving cream of choice, gives a smooth shave and no bumps for me. I read somewhere that coconut oil is a natural antiseptic also. I then finish up with another small application of the coconut oil after the shave, works for me.
I gotta regrow my neck line & I'm hoping to see results like you did in the next 3 weeks. Your videos are awesome & I definitely take notes on what you say... You're like my beard professor! Ha. Know this video is kinda old but I'm glad you made it. Sad you decided to stop making videos tho & hope you pop back up with more tips on beards.
Thank you taking the time to share your experience and process. I just by happen to have the same type of straight edge. I am just waiting for my beard to come in thicker
the old saying is true, everyday u will definitely learn something new especially when u keep ur eyes open 2 see it... BtheBarber keep doing what u do bruh, u just don't know how many people ur inspiring out here in the world... I'm definitely a new scriber of ur channel w/the bell 2 alert me of new content of urs... I'm in the process of growing out my neck & cheek line but once there I can't wait 2 try this technique... thumbs up on the vid...
I've switched to a 2 blade razor to cut down on irritation on my head. The more blades the more times a blade is swiping across your skin causing irritation. Cremo shave cream is also excellent at reducing irritation. After my shave I hit the skin with some witch hazel and aloe gel. Smooth and irritation free.
Thanks for the info...all your videos are very helpful! You should take a look at the Maestros line of products available at Target. They're not greasy at all.
Great vid ! One thing that helps stop the bumps is use a hot rag and skin cleanser on your head and face before you shave! Also dont use those cheap razors! Use a shick triple edge razor!
like the video man, suffer the same problems goin too low with my lines. Definitely gunna try the eye liner pencil to bring my lines higher. Also when you said about getting hold of some clear shave gel, have you ever thought to just using beard oil? That's all I use on my face when doing my lines. works a treat.
I don’t know if I can regrow my line, where I want it, without it looking weird. It’s cut low. Should have left it alone, when it was at I height I liked.
Never a dull razor also get a brush an mild facial scrub to break then skin to allow the hair to grow out an not curl tuck back into the skin this will eliminate all bumps , face an head ,trust me been doing it for years
This video's a couple months old now, but if you still have the beard balm that you didn't like, you could always use that as a shave gel/creme alternative. That's what I would use it for if I didn't like it and the smell wasn't right lol.
Cool vid, thanks! What kinda pencil is that and where do u get them? Also try some clear shaving gel, def a good look for doing the beard with a straight razor.
How do you get it to look so straight? My curls are a nightmare and I'm struggling with patches near my mouth - they're symmetrical however. You've got a nice series. Also, what's the difference between using a beard soap and conditioner? I use beard soap, never tried a conditioner.
Jergens Ultra Healing lotion. Just apply some on your head and shave with it instead of shaving creme. It works great and leaves your head nice and smooth. Don't apply to much, or it will fill in between the blades.
yo, u pretty surgical wit the straight razor...I just started using it a few weeks ago...gotta get use to it...but using the eyeliner is key is keeping it straight...I use one of the beard guides I got off Amazon...got tired of the barber shortening by beard...great video though...
What kind of comb do you use. Or do you use a brush. My beard is super curly. So I have a hard time finding the right combn that won't pull out hairs. I've purchased the Kent comb but it doesn't help.
bryant mosley when the beard was shorter I used a small tooth comb and a brush. Now that the beard is longer I've only been using my pick. I try not to pick it out when when it's dry. Usually I'll pick it out after washing, conditioning and adding my beard balm.👌🏾
Looks good bro. I think the higher the beard on the face, the better. Your beard will fill in, in no time. I took your suggestion and switched things up a lil bit and and got my beard faded. It looks pretty good! Thanks for your suggestion. Keep up the good work homie! ✌✊💪
Nice videos man. I've started also to grow a beard, going on my fourth week and it's looking better than before. I have 2 patches but they seem to have some hairs growing and I have peach fuzz in that area, I'm thinking it's gonna grow. Need to keep looking at this vids for inspiration.
To be honest with I truly don't know playboy..One product I've seen people talking about on RUclips is minoxidil.. Supposedly it's been helping them grow a beard. Before using anything like that just make sure you do your research and see what the side effects are.
Hey bro I know this is an old video but check out suavecito beard products! My girlfriend hates the smell of the cremo stuff as well. With suavecito I feel like Dan Bilzerian with how she always wants to touch and smell the beard. Beard on bro. Great content.
Good video. I thought I hit that like when I watched it a first time I guess I didn’t. Great tips I don’t use a straight razor not skilled like that lol. Well not yet anyway. Keep the good work brother.
Good video. I've always bumped up was able to keep it under control to where it didn't ok nasty. About 6 months ago I stop eating pork and I haven't bumped up at all since. No doubt
I also hate oily feeling stuff, use barely any beard oil or balm in my beard because of, what lotion do u recommend for skin that's not super greasy, I get super dry in winter and hate using lotion because I can't find a non greasy one lol
Bthebarber I have another question I been growing my beard out for a while its been growing good but the chin hairs is out of control growing crazy fast and longer that the hair underneath the chin its like that hair is not growing that fast like the rest of my beard hairs should I smooth the beard out all the way around or just let the bottom hair under the chin do its thing some time I think its at its full length and not gone grow any more just seeking a little advice thanks bra
Hey bro. not like that as you think about chin beard. they will grow bit slow comparatively others but we need to be patient. patient is important factor to become a "BEARD MAN".
Great look bro.i heard you say you don't like the greasy look go check out the sudsy soapry online I have there beard oil they have two one is sandlewood and citrus the other is patchuli and the oils soak into the beard so fast it's great oil go check it out.
Shave with the grain in the back. The top and sides doesn't matter. The back is where the bumps come up. I found that out the hard way. Been shaving my head for almost 20yrs
Whats up bro luv the channel Jus a tip for u & anyone that gets razor bumps from shaving. Im african american & i use to bump up BAD until i started using Bump Patrol after every shave & ive been shaving my head for 15yrs now with no bumps anywhere, not on my neck or even when i go against the grain to get that really smooth feel. Bthebarber you too man! Enjoy the 4th!!
you may have them bump issue is because you're using a disposable razor, try using a double edge razor
Single edge is better. It don't push the hair back into the skin.

Your videos are on point, my friend. Thank you for putting these up!
Greetings,I am new to the Beard game, and was unhappy with my Beard Line. i will try this method.Thank You!

Matthew West 🙏🏽🙏🏽✊🏽👊🏽
Another Question. When You Make A New Line, Do You Trim Your Beard Down To Even It Out??
You can, but it's really up to you. After time it will start to blend.
Already. I Think I'll Trim It. I Hate That Puffy Look Too.
Matthew West send me some pics on IG.. @dhyde26
Thanks for the info...all your videos are very helpful! You should take a look at the Maestros line of products available at Target. They're not greasy at all.
Cremo makes great shaving cream as well. I got it from Target and it's really smooth and smells nice.
Maurice Lewis thanks for info.👌🏽✌🏽
Didn't ever think about using the liner to create a line, I always eyeballed it and always felt it was off. Def gonna use this next time
👌🏽
I've been getting great results using coconut oil instead of shaving gels. Thanks for the eyeliner tip.
Good video. i usually start the line free hand and start as high as possible, but the eyebrow pencil is a good idea. I might try that sometime...
🙏🏽👊🏽
Great video! Thanks for the recommendation of using the liner and straight razor!
What up my brother.... you know bump patrol make a real nice shave gel. Thanks for the motivation! Love.
Sports Chi thanks for the info fam!! Stay blessed!🙏🏽💯✊🏽✊🏽👊🏽

Do you re-use the same blade for your straight razor, or do you have to change it for a new one every time?
Great tips and great video!
I’ll use it twice when using it just on the check line. I’ll do a video on this soon.🙏🏽👊🏽
@@Bthebarber Thanks, fam!
