There is no exact treatment but you must have to maintain Hb not less than 8 gm , remember transfuse only Packed cells (rbc) with proper desferol therapy (iron chelation) maintain ca level along with vitamin D and take supliments of Vitamin c as well ( its important to consult with thalassemia expert Hematologist) thanks
