I think much needs to be discussed how many men today weren’t raised with male role models, and that is why they exhibit so many feminine traits. That has, in turn, assisted women with feeling almost forced to embrace their male side.

@@joynkindness That sounds like an interesting book to read and is probably fraught with truth. The women's movement fighting for equality definitely changed our roles with men!! Some in positive ways, and some not so positive. And anyone who scoffs at this needs a history lesson.

That's a really great perspective! It’s the thought and effort that counts, even if it’s not perfect. Acknowledging and appreciating someone's attempts rather than focusing on mistakes helps build a positive, supportive atmosphere in a relationship. It’s about the little things that show care and effort, and they mean so much in the long run.

Fear attracts that which is feared. You need to resolve the trust issue before you date. How do you you resolve it... Do things to build your self-confidence then focus on traits that you admire in a masculine man. Embrace those masculine traits and your estrogen side will begin to bloom. When you bloom you will more likely attract someone trustworthy and your love for those attributes will conquer your fear and distrust. IMHO

Men always have so many excuses for not being supportive, they are incredible. Many women are exhausted with asking for support because however they ask, they are not getting what they need. It depends mostly of the man if he wants to be supportive, not about the woman who does not know how to ask. If he is not supportive he is not. That's it!

Wow...never seen it from this prospective yet the biology aspect of it, makes complete sense. I got to focus on tapping into my femininity and not feel so threatened by masculinity. I've been in masculinity energy while being defensive of opposing masculine energy while completely ignoring feminine energy altogether.

  • @23magneta
    @23magneta 4 года назад +35

Apparently, I'm a strange woman because the only time I tell a man about my problems is if I want help solving them. Otherwise, I stay silent and solve the problems on my own. I'm not in the habit of just whining about problems and wanting men to listen.
It is true that men like to feel needed. The happiest women with the most successful relationship are the ones who are dependent on their boyfriend or husband and are not intelligent. Less intelligence= less arguing (you are not smart enough to notice whether your man is making a bad decision). The most dehumanizing thing a woman can do is make a man feel dumb and incapable. You don't need to directly insult a man to make him feel this way either. You can be the sweetest person and give nothing but praise, but if the man perceives the woman to be smarter or more capable, then this is a huge turnoff.

      1. I must recognize that my feelings can be unrealistic resulted from faulty thinking.
2.when woman pushes down her emotions it can make a man feminine resulting him to be sleepy, grumpy, aggressive etc.
      3. I must talk about my emotions without trying to change my man, using proper phrases.
And lastly, I have learned to lean towards my feminine side.

Totally agree, women gets so comfortable after a while they always try to control and make the man look like puny, and when they realize the man is out they play the victim and still don't get what has happened there.

Well 60 years ago both my grandmothers did 90% of the work, took care of the kids, the money, brought in money, worked 18 hours every single day. Their husbands were simply lazy.
When you see this in your family, it gets hard to respect men.

I cannot cope with a man's lack of empathy. He believes that a decent human being will endure without expression. The feminine mind is designed to seek out empathy because we are not action oriented but emotion oriented.

I'm afraid my boyfriend is turning into a workaholic. He is busy with clients all the time, like literally all the time: when we are out on a date, going for a drive or just spending time with each other...he is never really present, always on a call. I understand work is important and when I tell him to take a break he says: I'm doing this for us, so that we can have a secure life together. Now I don't know how to argue with that statement, it's really sweet of him to think that way for us but at the same time he is not giving much attention to the relationship.

Good day to everyone. I have watched many videos of Dr. John Gray and I appalaud the professional information and advice about multiple categories related to men, women, and relationships. I wanted to ask Dr. John Gray and why comments are turned off within his tutorials-videos of educational information on relationships? I don't know what channel to seek to ask directly so I chose the first one I came across to ask this question in the comment section. If anyone knows why and where can I go to leave comments and or questions could you please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it and thankful for you, taking the time to respond back. Thank you for the upload and God Bless.

I agree with you. I never understood men who put their wives down at lunch making bad comments about how she cooks.. since he has talked about women complaining and being so demanding. .what about that kind of men?? Also most of the time men are the one who want to convince women to agree with their view point.. why does it happen? Do they have too much testosterone or are they just narcissists?
