Non ho ancora visto il prezzo ma si percepisce che non è un’accessorrio economico. Esteticamente è una bomba! Personalmente non mi piacciono le piastre ma questa si integra perfettamente con il design della moto, potrei anche comprarlo... vedo a vedere il prezzo.
Ciao Massi la penso esattamente come te: non mi piacciono le piastre, soprattutto in quetso genere di moto.. e non l’avrei mai messa. Ma questo rack è come non averlo, essenziale ma funzionale. E molto ben fatto. “Purtroppo” si sà: la qualità ha un prezzo.

Ciao Luca e grazie per apprezzare! Per la questione bauletti (se intendi quelli rigidi) già ti dico che al 99% no. Proprio perchè gli stessi vengono con rack/supporti dedicati che cambiano in base alla marca per accoppiarsi a quelli del bauletto stesso. Per la questione del peso, su quello nessun problema: puoi usare qualsiasi borsa o sistema di borse come per esempio le Reckless di Mosko Moto (per me le migliori sul mercato) o incluso sistemi di porta attrezzi/benzina come i classici rotopack!

Hi there, thanks for commenting. I agree partially with you. I mean: of course we have to find a balance and it’s crystal clear that the rear rack is small. But, it depends by which kind of rider you are. In the last 3 years I did 50.000km with a 800gsa using tarmac only to go offroad: never used all that space and I was a bit sick of the weight. I got then a Teneré and I want to keep its weight aligned with the bike character and purpose of use (for me of course): - bumot luggage rack is well done but, to me, is way to big and heavy (kind of 6kg) even though it protect the exhaust as well - I did barcelona-milan-barcelona , 3 weeks, coming back offroad..with a drybag of 35lt without missing nothing What do I wanna say: I normally use the rear donner-tech rack to link a tool bag or a drybag if I go for a short trip. If I need more space, I use Mosko Moto Rackless 80 that doesn’t need side racks. In addition, you can stille enlarge the rear Donner-Tech rack with their (soon ready to go) extension or a third party one. Of course, if you preferr to have the complete rack system that’s another story: you are not the perfect target of this product. Handles, I agree, are mandatory especially if you like offroad. The original “grab solution” doesn’t work. Donner-Tech target is the rider that wanna take it extremely simple, light and effective..without missing to be cool 😎🤣 Hope you got what I mean. Thing is: nothing is perfect for everything and everyone choose depending of his necessities. Thanks 🙏🏻

I am in favor of the light. the BUMOT carrier weighs 3kg with an aluminum plate that can support a large bag and a ROTOPAX gasoline can. I have some MOSKO products, for the Reckless 80L harness weighs 7kg. I didn't take it because it is very wide and when you go through technical parts or other narrow places it can be a problem. the other difficulty is that you cannot mount it with a rear luggage rack with handles or you will no longer be able to use these handles, which is a shame. The choice of accessories and luggage is not that simple. I have many different bags for each type of trip. I made myself a special rack and I make some parts when it doesn't exist. For the T 700 Tenéré there are now a lot of choices, everyone will find what they are looking for. See you soon

Actually I always used a standard drybag on the rear seat and that’s it but I like to have space to love behind me so once I tried side bags and loved it. Ciao Mattia, Donner-Tech un paio di settimane fa ha trasferito la produzione in un capannone piú grande e quindi hanno avuto uno stop di circa 4-5 giorni dove penso abbiano accumulato qualche ordine. La cosa migliore che puoi fare è scrivergli direttamente su instagram facendo anche il mio nome e vedrai che ti diranno la tempistica precisa o...magari riesci ad anticipare le cose ;) Un saluto...!

Ciao, grazie 🙏🏻 Si, come ho detto il prezzo può risultare limitante ma la qualità e le possibilità di utilizzo ne compensano l’esborso. Un poco come prendere uno scarico Akrapovich ed uno economico: alla fine con entrambe vai in moto comunque ma.. le prestazioni, peso e qualità di utilizzo mai saranno identiche. Per il passeggero, nessuna limitazione. Il suo spazio resta fruibile al 100%. Per la piastra sinceramente non ho provato perché non ne ho l’esigenza ma con i 4 fori filettati M8 non hai problemi ne farlo. Inoltre a breve uscirà l’estensione proprio di Donner-Tech per avere una maggiore superficie di appoggio. Ti anticipo che mi arriverà da provare e che quindi con molta probabilità farò un altro video. Spero di essere stato esaustivo 🙏🏻 buona domenica!
