The construction of my barn continues! This time I need solid iron beams - but the ones I bought cheaply are unfortunately too short. So there is only one solution: extend them myself! 💪
With my 50-year-old reciprocating saw and a poorly functioning welding machine, I take on the challenge. The iron beams are not of the best quality, which makes the work even more demanding. But with skill, perseverance and DIY spirit, I manage to cut the beams, weld them and prepare them for use - completely by myself!
    Experience in this video:
🔨 Using a historic reciprocating saw to cut steel
⚙️ The challenge of working with poor welding equipment & inferior material
🏗️ How I make the extended iron beams stable & resilient
    💰 Cost-efficient construction through DIY & recycling
The construction of my barn shows once again that with creativity, old machines and hard work, great things are possible!
