I always combine thorns barbed wire with a trap underneath a window so that their ONLY option is to jump back outside. If they try and push in to outrun the thorn the barbed wire keeps them within its range until it detonates.
I prefer thorn shield so I never have it
Same way I play her. It's extra effective when there's only a small area inside the window, so they can't walk to the side of the wire. For example, on skyscraper, thorn trap/wire work waaay better under the shrine window or the window by exhibition instead of under the geisha one, cause the first two windows have sort of a small pocket inside them instead of a big room to move around, so it's harder to escape the barbed wire in time to avoid the trap
I love warden so much but people don’t push their flashes, they literally just flash for effect and then try to go around. It makes his ability mostly useless

One issue with pre-setting a C4 for Pulse is, depending on the site, it's a waste. One common area for this is New Hatch on Kafe, where when, not if, someone drops a drone, you'll hear the C4 beep. One ping and one bullet and your Pulse C4 is gone.

1:27 is actually a good castle if you have a rotate on the wall next to it. it stops attackers on stairs from being able to see into site and lets you rotate to gym if attackers are holding the window

He’s not using it correctly. I’m pretty sure he just means the same ethnicity. (I.e, Jäger and bandit are German much like how tachanka and Kapkan are Russian)

As someone who plays mute often, I hate how people think “oh yeah his jammers stop drones” so that’s the ONLY use for them. No it’s not, it fucks over most attacker gadgets in the game. Not only do they make reinforced walls unbreachable to everyone except thatcher and mav (and even then if you pick up the jammer and replace it you can screw over thatcher as well) but also counter lion and dokkaebi. There are so many good uses for it so when I’m playing someone else like doc to help the team, and a teammate goes mute and only uses the jammers for drone holes and doorways it drives me crazy

@@Mir_The_LOL_King Lion’s drone probably uses waves of some sort to detect movement from operators, and the mute jammers cancel them out
@@lightningjet9444 new idea, if it's not physics based and is another thing, in the new update for lion it should ping the lack of feedback from a location, revealing a ping in the radius of the jammer

one fun one for tachanka: Don't think your burning is storng enough, i just had the other day a maverick push through and basically lost 1/3 hp, use it for reinforcements and choke points where they have to vault, etc. and shoot at least 2-3 if late round.

I think it's better to put bandits battery a bit closer to the middle on the left wall on club house because the drone hole is easy for attackers to toss a grenade in and blow it up
For Alibi you could also place them on common windows or doorways that you know attackers like to shoot out. That way when their bullets go through they are immediately pinged
Another tip from melusi you should always Crouch, before placing your gadget, because usually people are aiming at head level
For vigil - you can actually alt walk or crouch walk and you shouldn't be seen either way
As a smoke main i got all the unfo i needed in less then 30 seconds
Most if not all of these are gonna be pretty useful to me. I'd love to see you do this but with attackers.
when i play rook usually i put my castle on top of a table or something so my teammates have to climb up to use it 😂
Fun thing with Kaid, placing it at the base or off to the side on the ceiling works well
i've been thaught by a great Kaid player to never be affraid to use both claws to electrify a double reenforcement. this way you can hide the claws far away in rooms even other floors, sometimes even out of reach for thatchers EMP.
I always get after my teammates for putting mozzie's pests down in the prep phase. I tell them "if you wanted (maybe) three cameras you could put wherever you want, you should've played valk."
For frost you can put the mat half under a window and close to the wall so that if they skip over it they are likely to immediately walk into it
For the mute tip just keep one in your pocket if things get sweaty you can bait out the sound of the placement
With pulse…. wtf are you talking about if they hear a c4 on the ground they aren’t gonna walk over there and the second you waste time shooting the roof to pick it back up you’re gonna get floor banged

If you didn’t know, if you use your vigil ability while already being Deimos tracked it stops his tracking. Completely counters

With the kid claw trick he didn't choose the trick where you can toss it center of a middle wall and cover 3 segments per a claw allowing you to pull 6 shock reinforcements

The tubarao trick is actually bad due to the nerf. Instead a better trick is to learn WHAT to hit and what not to freeze. You never want to freeze thermite. It garuntees wall/hatch. Ace and Hibana are great freeze targets. This is because of the 1.5s insulation effect on the wall from the freeze now. Regardless of how close the canister was. Thermite is a 2s breach. Unless you pre-emp throw it and try to burn the thatchers, it's pointless to tub thermite.
I dont think the kaid electroclaw trick won't work because with thatcher you can emp it

The part on azami is a fake mistake, have you seen how many bullet you needed to destroy it ? You did not even destroyed it by shooting but ended up knifing it, putting azami on top of door is still good to force them losing ammo and even revealing their exact position it can be placed to make them loose time or even as bait if you can pick them from somewhere else when hearing them shoot, it is still used this way in high elo and even pro game when she is not banned

Personally, I like placing my maestro cams outside of important walls rather than in site. If they are in site you are probably already dead or do not have time to deny any plant. Placing them outside of important walls can waste some time and also deal damage to them. However, with the example in garage, you can't place there.
