video shows how firmware is updated without problems from FW1.10 (as seen on june production units 2016) straight to FW1.13. also learn the key combos to activate RAM.
for the unit on the right i used a crack by a Russian hacker which wrote games into the firmware lol. you can find the download url on the Russian page in the comments (the downloaded file CRC32 is 89A70E1F):

Although, I knew the update process, but there is a useful tips in the video. Not the games is important, but rather the GSV setup contains a good ideas. :-)

Which Windows did you use (XP, 7, 10...)? Did you use any special USB cable? The reason of asking is that I do not get the device to get upgraded to 1.13 (button changes to "wait" but nothing happens)
Personally I use XP. Many users managed to upgrade thru Win7/10 but said that it was tricky. Please post your problem on the forum:

Solved! Using Windows 10 with latest update (26thAug2017) the problem was on having "bad quality" USB cable (Nokia CA-101) and using a USB3 port on my HP Pavilion. Fortunately the laptop is equipped with an extra USB2 port. Concerning the USB cable, it got solved by using the original cable of a Huawei phone. The confusing aspect was that both applications (MC3000 firmware upgrade and Monitor) detected the MC3000.
Good to hear that you managed to solve the problem on your own, congrats! Nokia, what's that? Must have been before my time😋 Huawei sounds familiar, like Xiaomi and Samsung☺
i been lookin at charger videos all day ..i like skyrc but only holds 4 ..you know of a good 6-8 bay for 18650s and 26650s so i can get my vape on?
maybe Enova\Gyrfalcon. has many bays. for charging good enough. there are not many chargers with 6-8. or you buy two skyrc haha
